After my grandfather passed away, she checked in on my grandmother frequently over the span of a decade to ensure her well being, she even brought her food when she needed it. When my grandmother was moved to a senior living facility due to declining health, she helped us legally remove a squatter who was living on the property. She also helped us protect the home from a family member who was breaking and entering at will after the home was vacated. She would drive by the home periodically to ensure it was secure, and she even met locksmiths at the house on numerous occasions to reinforce doors and security. Her rates were extremely fair, especially given all of the time that she scarified navigating these numerous issues. You would be hard pressed to find somebody in any industry who genuinely cares about a customer and doesn't nickel and dime you in every way that they can. I consider Murf and her staff wonderful, trustworthy, reliable people who are experts in Real Estate and who I would recommend to any of my loved ones looking to buy or sell a home.

She told us or the sellers to pay the 2% to my broker. After all day of trying to work with her she refused and now my closing was adjourned until they work something out. This has nothing to do with us or the sellers she is just greedy. Both lawyers told her 5% is not the normal commission for one broker. She didn't care. Well she will because I'm going straight to the Better business and I already contact the Long Island board of realtors. I hope karma bites you in the a$$ Murf! So glad I went with my agents!!

I enjoyed having conversation with him on a daily basis from my office. He was on top of the mortgage process and made us close with a good company who cared about us. Since this review is not for MTG, I will not mention their name. The bank was good, and Reza got us couple of discounts to make my deal even better. I heard many horror stories of bad Realtors, or real estate transaction, but mine was nothing but happy and smile. At closing table every one was happy, we did have minor issues, but he easily solved them, and made us and the seller happy. The rate was great, the payments were affordable, and the most important thing, Reza was with my family and I every step. I would refer him and his company to all my friends, and family. I would even buy another house from him if I can afford another one.... J.A.
