I was depressed and frustrated after dealing with years of lower back pain, which did not resolve even with oral steroids/surgery ie microdiscectomy. Upon first entering the office, the staff was extremely empathetic, professional, and the office was absolutely beautiful (artwork/cleanliness). Dr. Bunyak was extremely professional, provided me with extensive bedside time and had the most amazing bedside manner. She first recommended a steroid injection, which unfortunately did not help with my pain. Thereafter, she recommended PRP and this was an absolute godsend. My lower back pain completely resolved, and I was able to play and wrestle with my young children as well as get back on the slopes and ski again! I wrote her a thank you card, essentially thanking her for giving me my life back. I have been doing well over the past seven years until now when I unfortunately herniated a disc at L5-S1 causing severe pain and sciatica. I made an appointment again with Dr. Bunyak planning/expecting to get another PRP injection (as that was what cured me in the past). Dr. Bunyak spent an hour at the bedside with me discussing all of my options in a very calm, informative manner. She informed me that given my current state, she believed the PRP injection that I was hoping to get would actually exacerbate my pain and not help with the issue and she rather recommended a steroid injection at this time. Dr. Bunyak refers out her steroid injections to an extremely reputable physician. Dr. Bunyak could have proceeded with my anticipated/expected PRP injection and made way more money off of me, but rather she did what was best for me (the patient) and my health. I trust Dr. Bunyak with my life and I think she is an absolutely amazing woman and physician. She is so well educated. She attended Yale. She has been a practicing physician for decades at this point. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone who is dealing with acute or chronic back pain to consider seeing Dr. Bunyak for possible help with your pain. Lastly, Stacy the RN, was so kind and comforting from the moment I walked in the door. Steve the clinical manager, was also so kind and went above and beyond to help me with ancillary issues/tasks I needed assistance with. Overall, I cannot say enough about the entire BOUNDLESS team. They insist on me filling out things or doing things that are unnecessary or that I've already done and then do petty things to mess things up. So, before my appointment today I filled out everything about me and my medical health online during a lengthy checkin process. It took me 30 minutes to fully complete it. When I arrived today the woman helping me wanted me to manually fill out paperwork with all of the same information and I refused and said you've already got it all and I'm not filling out duplicate information. She insisted on me giving them my insurance card when I don't have an actual card. I have my info. I've never needed my card. They always have my insurance number and company and info and do not need my physical card or a copy of it to bill the insurance company. But she was insistent and i told her the above. I asked her to cancel an upcoming appointment with another doctor there about this point. In fact I asked her twice to cancel it. She said she would. I got called back for the pulmonologist and he was actually fine. No issues. Come back out to make a followup appointment before I leave per the doctor. Make it with another lady there. I then asked her if the appointment with the other doctor there was canceled like I requested and she said no it was not. I told her to cancel it. She did. She set the followup appointment with me. I left. The previous lady did not cancel it like she said she would. Sigh. I get a text after I left saying the appointment I just made had been moved to the day prior than what I just made. I suspect the First Lady with a bad attitude moved it just to be petty. This is awful customer service. Just not a good experience. She was power tripping. Had an attitude and did things to be petty and to screw with me and my medical stuff. It was a lot of unnecessary friction. A simple check in at the front desk of any medical office should be easy and pleasant. I'd give zero stars because it was that bad. But one star is for the doctor because he was ok. Also, Dr. Hsing their sleep doctor is not a good doctor if you have a circadian sleep disorder like DSPD or DSPS or Non-24 or other. His treatment of me and my condition was the worst I've ever encountered and I've seen many sleep doctors over the years. He is completely backwards about treating those type of disorders and gave bad advice and no realistic help or treatment to me at all. I am extremely knowledgeable about Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder and treatment protocols and he is just absolutely wrong. Attached is the plan he came up with that if he tried to follow it himself he couldn't. It's an impossible plan. If you have DSPD or N24 I'd run to another doctor and skip this place. He's their only sleep doctor. Unfortunately. He may be ok for sleep apnea but not for circadian rhythm sleep disorders. He covers all of their locations. Anyway. Front desk is a real piece of work. I will not be going back after I'm done with the pulmonologist I saw today and the stuff he ordered to get done. In the future I'll find somewhere else to go. I would probably advise the same to anyone reading this.

She is consistently competent, thorough, smart, and efficient, all while showing genuine care and concern for her patients. Recently, Dr. Liang and Hannah truly came through for me when the clock was ticking -- what a team! I had less than a day to get a provider‑completed oxygen form sent to British Airways in London to ensure I could board a flight the next business day. With the time difference, the window was even smaller. When I realized late at night that this form was required, I got zero sleep. I called the office first thing in the morning, and they were immediately on it. Dr. Liang completed the form quickly, and Hannah called me right away with the necessary questions. Thanks to their urgency and dedication, the form reached London before the deadline. In a pinch, you want a doctor who is not only exceptionally skilled, but one who will take time out of an already busy day to help a patient in need. Dr. Liang is exactly that doctor. Most endocrinologist deal with people with diabetes and not complex hormones issues, go figure. It was evident to me that Dr. Weiss knows her stuff with the battery of lab tests she ordered. Some of the tests I had asked for to previous doctors and was scoffed at. One plus side is the time she spends with you, nobody has spent an hour with me before, it was usually a 15 minute glance and was told to come back in 6 months. As far as the 'membership' and fees charged up front I did not see any issues with it at all like other reviews mentioned. You get your deposit back as long as you show up, and you can opt out of the membership as long as you are aware of the fees for extra care. As a business owner I totally understand, especially with the way insurance is structured these days. Time is valuable. All in all I am extremely excited to receive care with Dr. Weiss and find more answers to things that have been plaguing me. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

I practice more functionally based medicine than allopathic medicine. Dr Weiss is the most thorough provider I have seen in endocrine and I have seen a lot of other providers over the past 60 years. I feel that I have found also someone who can take wonderful care of my patients when I finally fully retire. My patients will be in wonderful caring hands. I am 71 but love my work. I will have to retire sometime. Dr Weiss is just the practitioner they need. They have found me looking for answers after so many other providers had failed. I never given a poor review before but feel compelled to do so here. I don't want anyone to have to…read morego through what I am going through. I went in for my first 10 pass ozone therapy session two weeks ago. Halfway through the procedure, another doctor came in to take over from Doctor Williamson. It was clear that the new doctor was being trained. Doctor Williamson stayed in the room to supervise. Once the procedure was over, they left me unsupervised with the needle still in my arm. After a few minutes, my arm started to throb. A few minutes later, I started calling out for someone to get the needle out. It took another 10 minutes for the new doctor and Steven to come in and tend to me. The new doctor took the needle out and did a poor job of wrapping my arm. The compression bandage came off before she even left the room. When I got home, the gauze was bloody. Since the procedure two weeks ago, my arm has been in terrible condition and I am in severe pain. I am unable to use my arm at all - I can't even pick up a glass of water. I am going to my primary care physician today - she is concerned that I have nerve damage. I have messaged Dr. Williamson twice and Steven is the one who called me back. I want to talk to a doctor, not the office manager. I wish I would have checked the other Yelp reviews - if I had, I would not have gone to this doctor. It is also odd that Dr Williamson is the only person with a background on the website. What is the background of the other doctor? What is Steven's background? Why is he giving me nutritional advise? I went to Dr. Williamson with the hope of improving my condition. Two weeks later, I am in a much worse place physically and mentally.
