She has helped me with so many issues regarding my health and overall well being. She is never quick to just prescribe meds and send me on my way... She takes the time to listen and talk through all the options. I have referred friends and colleagues to her and I don't refer on a whim... all of them will say the same about her. I had to see her husband once when she was out of town and I found him to be just as caring. I absolutely love that the office is a converted house. It feels so warm and welcoming. Going to the large medical groups feels so sterile and like I am just another patient they have to quickly diagnose and move on. Dr. Etedali is relaxed and easy to talk to even for the more delicate conversations. She is the first doctor I have had that I actually look forward to seeing. I went to North Coast Cardiology for routine surgical clearance and had a very poor experience…read more During the visit, I felt repeatedly pressured to undergo additional testing. For the first test, I was told, "Your insurance will pay for it, so you might as well do it." I agreed based on that representation. A second, much more expensive test was presented in a way that relied heavily on fear and uncertainty. After asking the doctor several times whether it was truly necessary, and finally asking whether he would personally spend $1,000 on it under the same circumstances, he said no, so I declined. Despite that, the office later scheduled me for the test I had declined. Worse, the first test was submitted to insurance in a way that resulted in a denial, and I was billed for the full amount. I have called and emailed Emma in billing multiple times to discuss the charge, but no one has responded. Between the pressure to purchase additional testing, the incorrect scheduling, the unexpected bill, and the complete lack of follow-up, this was an extremely disappointing customer experience. There are many cardiology practices to choose from, so I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision.

Never touched me, listened to my heart or lungs, looked in my ears or throat or anything. He Just sat behind his desk and ordered lab tests. Staff is TERRIBLE with no follow through. They are more interested in their cell phones than working. Final clincher was his rude brother Ned who left a very threatening phone message about an $11 balance due. When I called him on it and mentioned the thousands of dollars Dr Moasis had billed me and my mother's insurance, he apologized and said he was out of line. He repeatedly asked me to delete the phone message he left me. I sent a letter and copy of voice message translation to Dr Moasis but NEVER got any response. It seemed like Dr Moasis' biggest goal was to continually schedule return appointments for no reason at all except a "follow up" so he could bill my insurance. I know he is on his own now and starting up his practice, but his lack of organization and even the most cursory exam of me during my two year time with him is ridiculous. the unnecessary follow up appts just to bill my insurance were bordering on dishonesty. So glad I found another doctor who actually examined me and provided valuable input so I could resolve an ear issue I didn't even know existed that had been impacting my hearing for 3 years!. Recently, Dr. Liang and Hannah truly came through for me when the clock was ticking -- what a team! I had less than a day to get a provider‑completed oxygen form sent to British Airways in London to ensure I could board a flight the next business day. With the time difference, the window was even smaller. When I realized late at night that this form was required, I got zero sleep. I called the office first thing in the morning, and they were immediately on it. Dr. Liang completed the form quickly, and Hannah called me right away with the necessary questions. Thanks to their urgency and dedication, the form reached London before the deadline. In a pinch, you want a doctor who is not only exceptionally skilled, but one who will take time out of an already busy day to help a patient in need. Dr. Liang is exactly that doctor. Went here today. Been here before. Both times the front desk workers have been bad. They have…read moreattitude. They insist on me filling out things or doing things that are unnecessary or that I've already done and then do petty things to mess things up. So, before my appointment today I filled out everything about me and my medical health online during a lengthy checkin process. It took me 30 minutes to fully complete it. When I arrived today the woman helping me wanted me to manually fill out paperwork with all of the same information and I refused and said you've already got it all and I'm not filling out duplicate information. She insisted on me giving them my insurance card when I don't have an actual card. I have my info. I've never needed my card. They always have my insurance number and company and info and do not need my physical card or a copy of it to bill the insurance company. But she was insistent and i told her the above. I asked her to cancel an upcoming appointment with another doctor there about this point. In fact I asked her twice to cancel it. She said she would. I got called back for the pulmonologist and he was actually fine. No issues. Come back out to make a followup appointment before I leave per the doctor. Make it with another lady there. I then asked her if the appointment with the other doctor there was canceled like I requested and she said no it was not. I told her to cancel it. She did. She set the followup appointment with me. I left. The previous lady did not cancel it like she said she would. Sigh. I get a text after I left saying the appointment I just made had been moved to the day prior than what I just made. I suspect the First Lady with a bad attitude moved it just to be petty. This is awful customer service. Just not a good experience. She was power tripping. Had an attitude and did things to be petty and to screw with me and my medical stuff. It was a lot of unnecessary friction. A simple check in at the front desk of any medical office should be easy and pleasant. I'd give zero stars because it was that bad. But one star is for the doctor because he was ok. Also, Dr. Hsing their sleep doctor is not a good doctor if you have a circadian sleep disorder like DSPD or DSPS or Non-24 or other. His treatment of me and my condition was the worst I've ever encountered and I've seen many sleep doctors over the years. He is completely backwards about treating those type of disorders and gave bad advice and no realistic help or treatment to me at all. I am extremely knowledgeable about Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder and treatment protocols and he is just absolutely wrong. Attached is the plan he came up with that if he tried to follow it himself he couldn't. It's an impossible plan. If you have DSPD or N24 I'd run to another doctor and skip this place. He's their only sleep doctor. Unfortunately. He may be ok for sleep apnea but not for circadian rhythm sleep disorders. He covers all of their locations. Anyway. Front desk is a real piece of work. I will not be going back after I'm done with the pulmonologist I saw today and the stuff he ordered to get done. In the future I'll find somewhere else to go. I would probably advise the same to anyone reading this.

The fifth time I called, it connected me to a live person, who was able to give me the email address I asked for. Also, I was informed that Blue Coast Cardiology does not have a website. This is fine. However, it should be shared in a simple statement, on search engine sites like google, Facebook and others, that their information, that they do not have a website, and that they have an automated voice front desk. The automated voice, should give the address, and the option to speak with a live person. Their doctors are very good.
