I have had an account with Banner Bank for over 30 years, we even bought a house through them…read more Times have changed. Over the past few years, when I have had a need to talk to somebody there about a problem or something that I needed to get done, I feel that the person that I was talking to was more interested in pushing me though things and not taking the time to talk on a senior citizens level. There were times that she actually made me feel stupid. When my wife moved in from out of town, I took her to Banner bank to set up her new accounts. The personal banker that waited on us was Lisa. She seemed in a hurry, as usual and after a few other issues over the phone, I regretted deeply bringing them a new account. Since then, my wife has had other issues with the bank and when she phoned for help, they either brushed her off or one person even hung up on her. The final straw was when we were trying to get our taxes done and she was told that the information that she needed would be sent to her. It has been over a week and a half and nothing came. In the approximately 7 months that she has been there, she hasn't received any notifications by email, regular mail or other wise. We are both extremely unhappy with Banner Bank to the point of taking our hard earned money some place else.
