I do NOT recommend this driving school. My son has been in the program since February, and we are now in April and still stuck because I cannot complete the required 2-hour parent class. They only offer the class once a month, and when they send the Zoom link, they don't even let you into the session. This is completely unprofessional and has delayed my son's ability to move forward. This place is the absolute worse driving school in town. First of all they don't hide the fact that they are all about the money. That's all they want and care about. They are not professional at all. They tell people they will be able to obtain their license after 3 lessons. Well, not everyone is the same. Also, they don't tell you that once you e paid for your lessons in advance, if you miss a lesson, you have to repay for that lesson that you missed. Next, the driving instructor needs to work on her attitude. She huffs and puffs over every little thing which makes someone who is a tad bit nervous or anxious feel even more stressed. I think they all need training on how to deal with the public. I called and asked to speak with the owner. I'm still waiting!!! I am going to the Better Business Bureau on this driving school. No one should be yelled at when they are in the driver's seat trying to learn during their very first lesson. It was a horrible experience. The intake worker also lied. I wanted to schedule 2 lessons that were missed. Yes that was my fault. At first she said, that will have to be a month from now. Then she said, do you have the money to pay for the 2 lessons you missed. I said yes and all of a sudden she found an appointment for me the very next day! Do yourself a favor and do not go there for lessons. You might have to pay more at another driving school, but for professionalism, common courtesy and peace of mind, I'd pay more money elsewhere. read more

WORST driving school in town! Deserves negative star! If only that was possible! The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable! I have been calling the school for over 3 weeks and it took over 2 weeks to FINALLY receive a call back. I told the receptionist I needed a parent certificate. She told me to email the school. I emailed 4 TIMES!!!!! She finally called me back and told me I need to pay $30. She could have told me that when she did finally call me back after my calling the school for 3 weeks. She may have time to waste but I DO NOT! She didn't like my response over an additional $30 charge (WTH!) and then when I told you her I had to get the money she told me to call her back. Based on her response time I am looking at another 3 weeks wait-time before she answers the phone. Once again she obviously has time to waste but I do not! I am the customer, I have had to put up with the school's unprofessionalism from day 1 when they would not help my child book appointments and were rude to him (same woman). She is the primary reason we have chosen another school for my youngest son driver's education. I requested a call back from the supervisor TODAY! I doubt very much they will call back. She needs to grow the hell up and expect unsatisfied customers when she can't take criticism, will not let a customer grab her wallet, and LACKS ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITIES.  Unbelievable! These guys can not get out of their own way. Repeatedly screwed up on the billing and still questioned that we had a balance even when presented with cancelled checks. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy - After spending significant time fixing their blunders and being told "we are all set your son's paperwork will be sent to Boston for certification," I find out that it wasn't because they claimed that we still owed them $$$. Of course they failed to tell us this and I only found out by calling back one week later to check on the certification process. Come to find out they were wrong about the balance -yet again! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people, while pleasant, are a bunch of buffoons and the place is a historic mess. read more

I'm really not sure why this place doesn't have 5 stats ...both Claudia and Jessica are great detail oriented teachers , they are very patient and tailor the lessons for your situation. I had bad experience with Boston schools but this school is worth your money Claudia set me up with parallel parking in less than an hour. Don't go near this place. I scheduled a one-hour private lesson, showed up and they said it was a two hour lesson with another student. I explained that I had somewhere else to be in an hour and couldn't do a two hour lesson (plus it's not what I booked!). They refused to refund me. Hands down the rudest people I have ever encountered, and they straight up stole my money. read more

I have very mixed feedback about their instructors and service. If one instructor doesn't work, find another until you find one that works. Communication about their rules, like charging you for a lesson if you don't cancel before 24 hours, and even the number of lessons needed is not good, so beware. read more

Everyone from the owner, office and staff is great. I just passed my test and Claudia was my instructor. She was extremely helpful and took her time to teach me everything I needed to pass the test. If you feel scare just get some lessons with Claudia, she is the best. read more
