No one cared just apologized and put on a wait-list. Terrible. This is my 3rd kid in driving school and this is the worst place I have been to.

None the less being that this is a new location it is very clean with comfortable couches and chairs. The mens room has a unique sink where it has the soap dispenser, faucet, and hand dryer all in one. There is a classroom as you walk in to the right where you can see all the next batch of young drivers learning the rules of the road, whether they follow them is another story I am sure I will be checking in here down the road when I plan a trip down south. Looking forward to avoiding the dmv lines going forward too. If you find yourself having to wait go to Pizza Palace right next door and order some grub. Cash only, but the food is delicious!!! This was my spot when I lived down the road. Check out my review.

I'm honestly not sure I should even be reviewing a place that teaches you how to ride a motorcycle…read more-- I have nothing to compare them to! But from where I stand, it all felt pretty tight. The instructors? Super kind, super patient, and they make sure to give you one-on-one help when you're struggling -- plus, they're quick with the "nice job!" when you get it right. My personal nemesis? Sharp turns from a standstill, especially in that dreaded 90-degree box. Working the clutch's friction zone is absolutely critical there, and I kept overthinking it. If I'm being picky, my only complaint is that I wish we'd had more time to practice that particular drill. A lot of people in the class struggled with it, and since it's part of the rider's test, I could've used the extra reps. First day of class? Not even nervous -- mostly because it wasn't my bike I might be dropping! (Also, pro tip: they mean it when they say "rain or shine," so show up no matter the weather.) The instructors' best confidence boost was one simple word: momentum. At first, I was worried about carrying too much speed in the small practice area -- what if I couldn't stop in time? But I quickly learned that any time I felt wobbly at slow speeds, all I needed was a little momentum to steady the bike. Once I was moving, I didn't feel like I was going to drop it -- and that realization has stuck with me on every ride since. After passing the BRC, I hopped on my KTM RC390 (which, side note, does not like starting out in 2nd gear like the course bikes) and hit the road. Every time I felt a little shaky, I'd hear the instructors' voices in my head. I was honestly surprised how many of the drills from class popped up naturally in real street riding -- they really do stick. So yeah -- it's a great course. Even if you're thinking, "Why are we doing this?" or "This feels repetitive," or "Ugh, I just want to go fast already!" -- trust me, it's all about making sure you hit the streets safe and confident.

Their driving instructors are an utter shambling mess; one driving instructor had my teen drive to and park at her house so she could go inside and fix herself a hotdog to eat as they drove around. Thank you, very instructive. Choose any other driving school in the valley. Literally: anything else. EDIT: Note that the reply under this review suggests that it is "selfish" to want to "fast-track" a student to a reasonable amount of time. Not so! This is a business that charges money; Nichols refuses to hire more instructors because it would cost them money. Don't be fooled, go other places, there are many better options.

Major props to my in-car driving instructor, Tyler B. -- hands down one of the best teachers I've had for anything.
