But they went above and beyond to get my roof in order, fix parts of it that I didn't even realize were in the same scope of roof replacement. They even helped tremendously with the actual purchase of my home and the insurance process (insurers are doubling down on old roofs). Johnny and Keith are both very easy to deal with, communicative and made it clear they had my best interest in mind as the customer. Their crew was on time, incredibly hardworking (they worked approx 16 hours to get the job done in one day), and left my property clean and without nails, debris, etc. When stripping the old roof they found that I had 2 roofs so they got a 2nd dumpster -- but the price didn't change; nor did the timeline. They attached photos from a drone (for insurance, again, very helpful) and they followed up after the job to make sure it was up to par. It was from start to finish a seamless experience, and I can't recommend them enough!

They finished the job in one day and left my property pristine. When stripping the old roof, they ran into a few issues that needed attention. Keith provided me with before and after pictures and educated me on some aspects of roofing. From start to finish, Johnny and Keith were a pleasure to work with. The back of my new home didn't have gutters at all! Dave came out promptly and was super professional and friendly in giving the quote. I had to take a work call and he gracefully left the quote in my mailbox. I called him up to discuss and accept and he penciled in my job. Due to winter, they couldn't come right away, but Dave called me once we got some clearer days and the guys showed up exactly on time. It was amazing how fast the team worked- everyone had their job and they worked in perfect synchrony. The 3 gutter installers were packed up and showing me the finished install within only a few hours of being there. They told me they had 3 jobs that day. Aluminum is expensive - and when I asked the team to leave me the old downspouts for me to use as extensions they did so and left them in a neat pile, easily saving me a bunch of money if I were to repurchase at a local store. Overall, gutters don't seem that glamorous but there is a lot of peace of mind knowing how smooth and "seamless" the experience went. I probably won't need gutters for another 10-20 years but when or if I do, I will definitely remember ABC.

Consumer BEWARE…read more Extremely Disappointed - Faulty AC Installation, Water Damage, and No Accountability We hired UBH Heating and Cooling expecting a straightforward AC installation. Instead, we endured over three months of ongoing issues, property damage, and a complete lack of accountability from their team. The problems began when they installed the wrong system. After noticing that our home wasn't cooling properly, they discovered the error and replaced the unit. However, the replacement was not properly tested, which led to more issues: the system was extremely loud, the fan ran continuously for days, and wires were left improperly connected. Most seriously, due to poor installation and a failed safety sensor, the system began to leak water. This leak caused extensive damage to ceilings on both floors of our home, with visible water stains in several rooms. Their only attempt to address the issue was to apply a bleach-and-water solution--a superficial and ineffective treatment. We were told full repairs and repainting would be scheduled, but those promises were never fulfilled. Eventually, the company stopped responding altogether--no follow-ups, no repairs, no accountability. Communication throughout the process was unacceptable. We had to repeatedly follow up, often reaching out to multiple people just to get basic updates or schedule service. Technicians were frequently late and had to return for repairs multiple times, causing us to miss several days of work. During one visit, they left the attic door open despite being asked to close it and left standing water on our shelving--further demonstrating a clear lack of care and respect for our home. This experience has resulted in financial loss, emotional stress, and countless wasted hours. What should have been a routine installation turned into a prolonged and costly ordeal--with no resolution and no responsibility taken. Based on our experience, we strongly do not recommend UBH Heating and Cooling. Their conduct has been unprofessional, careless, and completely unresponsive when problems arise.
