The price was more than fair and the guys did a great job, but what really impressed me is that they were running late due to a job taking longer than expected. Requested fall clean up and opted to get the grass cutting also. They showed up randomly no…read morenotification and never actually cut the grass. They did manage to bill and charge me for showing up. I called to complain but still had to wait 2 weeks until they could come back. They have a satisfaction guarantee on their contracts for up to two days to fix the issues. it rained the day they were suppose to come back, and guess what, rescheduled again for 2 weeks out. I waited 1.5 months being billed twice and still no grass was ever cut. I tried to cancel services, which they did but never called or emailed me back to confirm. They also generated a 3rd invoice, again for services they never actually did. I requested a refund and got no reply. waited a week before I filed a dispute with the credit card company and the attorney generals consumer protection. They are now threatening collections if I dont pay them 50% of the last invoice with late and chargeback fees. Absolutely avoid this company. Very poor communications to date.

I give this company 1 star for showing up to do the job & that's about it. They are unprofessional…read more& incompetent. I asked for them to cut 2 small trees evenly i.e., symmetrical. They performed an absolute hack job which is very uneven. In addition, they damaged the aluminum siding & paint job on my house. I asked for them to provide a written contract when they arrived on the day the job was to be done. Well, they didn't. I had written one the night before, in the event that they didn't. I had Frider sign it. Good thing I did, because he tried to overcharge me, but to no avail! His ploy did not work. I will provide better pictures once the leaves grow in, so you can better see.
