    I had Advanced Irrigation winterize my system in November of 2016. I attempted to turn on my…read moresprinkler system this summer and one of my five zones would not operate. There didn't seem to be enough pressure behind that particular zone to make the sprinkler heads pop up. I contacted Advanced Irrigation and I believe I was very amicable. I spoke to a representative and explained my situation. I did not demand anything at this point. I just wanted to have someone come look at my system and see if they could help me diagnose the issue. I did not ask for anything free. I was told the representative would speak to the owner and call me back. I received a call back from the rep and was told they never winterized my system. At this point, I might have been a little irritated. I told the woman I had the invoice right in front of me and she began to backtrack. I was then told there was no way they did not winterize the system correctly. I was shocked at this point. The situation quickly changed from there was no work done at my home to there was no way the business could mess something up. I told the rep I just wanted someone to just take a quick look. She told me the best she could do was send someone out in a month. I told her that was unacceptable. Advanced Irrigation does not stand behind their work, does subpar work, and is unwilling to reach a mutually agreed upon solution. I recommend you find one of the many other irrigation "specialists" around the area.

Joe reburied them, and my landscaper buried them again when they reappeared. I had my lawn aerated in the fall and expected a few punctures but ended up with at least forty throughout the entire yard. I waited for weeks for Joe to show up to fix them and when he did show up it was at 5 PM when the sun was getting ready to set. He said that he finished the back yard although he hadn't and didn't touch any in the front yard. I waited several more weeks for him to return and when he didn't I decided I'd fix them myself. The lines I fixed were buried an inch deep. Certainly they should be deeper. I called Joe again to see when he would be back to finish repairing the lines and to close the system. He came by, again as the sun was setting, and closed the system but did not finish the repair of the punctured lines. He said he was too busy to fix them and that he'd be back when he finished closing everyone else's sprinkler system for the winter. He never returned. As I turn the system on this spring and begin repairing Joe's shoddy work I felt it was necessary to warn others, I wouldn't recommend Joe / East Coast Irrigation for anything. If I could give zero stars I would.

    I called to setup an appointment and schedule work to add a zone to our system May 13th that they…read moreinstalled 2 years prior (they did a good job and we had been happy). 2 guys came to scope out the work and replace a head on a sprinkler on May 27th. They said adding the soaker zone would be very simple but they couldn't do the work that day (no quote either) just the owner would call me. I've made 13 (email and phone) attempts to follow up and find out when someone will come out to add the zone and as of today September 12th i've not yet heard back other than 2 emails in June saying ... i've forwarded your messages to the owner And ... apologies the owner is overwhelmed with work and this is all the information i've been given to share with customers... After spending $1,500+ on our system and the winterizing maintenance etc each year, you might think after 4 months!!! the owner would have the decency/courtesy to call or apologize or explain the circumstances and maybe if i'm lucky explain when might be a good time to do the work we were looking to have them do. Safe to say that this is one of the worst customer experiences i've had. I would strongly consider another business that cares about their customers at least a little bit

My new contractor had to replace piping that was inadequate for my system, as well as budget sprinkler heads that I had been up charged for. It has already cost over $1500 to repair their mistakes. Management does not respond to my calls and concerns. I hope nobody else has to experience the same poor service I had to deal with.
