He came out, we talked, and I provided some sketches of what I was looking for. Jack came back with an estimate the next day and we agreed for him to start work in a couple of weeks. Due to the location of our property line and the small space he was working with, he and his crew had to wheelbarrow out all the dirt and bring in all the gravel. It took only one day, and now we are able to enjoy our outdoor shower. I was very pleased with both the work and communication. Jack was easy to work with and charged a reasonable rate for the work.

I give this company 1 star for showing up to do the job & that's about it. They are unprofessional…read more& incompetent. I asked for them to cut 2 small trees evenly i.e., symmetrical. They performed an absolute hack job which is very uneven. In addition, they damaged the aluminum siding & paint job on my house. I asked for them to provide a written contract when they arrived on the day the job was to be done. Well, they didn't. I had written one the night before, in the event that they didn't. I had Frider sign it. Good thing I did, because he tried to overcharge me, but to no avail! His ploy did not work. I will provide better pictures once the leaves grow in, so you can better see. STAY AWAY!!! Again you are not being truthful. The job was not done 4 months ago. You did the job last month. You can make all the excuses you want. Your work is terrible & that's putting it nicely. I will post more pictures & more info so people will think before they call you for anything. Also, invest in a pole pruner & use it. I stand corrected, it was 2 months ago, not one.
