I don't ask for much but I do expect to be treated nice when I am checking my bags. I was one pound over so I give her an extra star for not making a big deal about that but I think it's because I am flying FC.

However; I had the card on my Apple Pay. While I was trying to book the Apple Pay option would not pop up on the website nor the app. I decided to reach out to customer service to see if they could help me. I spent an hour texting customer support, all the while the prices were going up until it was about 120 bucks more than when I had initially selected my flight that same hour. They never figured out why I couldn't do Apple Pay; I figured it out on my own. Turns out you can't pay for trip protection and use Apple Pay. I ended up without trip protection and paying 120 dollars more for the flight, and they offered no vouchers/baggage charge waver/or anything for the price hike that literally went up while I was seeking help. They are the worst airline and I won't be using them ever again. Do yourself a favor and don't fly delta. Update: after a long wait I was on the phone with customer service and they refunded me $100 for the price difference. Don't go through the chat. They can't help at all. Go through the phone. It takes a long time, but they are courteous and helpful.

I have to admit that I was plenty surprised by how nice and updated it is. There are numerous places to relax, recharge and to work. All of the seating has a place to charge your electronics. There are a few cute shops inside and please tell me why the staff is so darn friendly. I honestly believe that the staff set the tone for the environment and Memphis is killing it. I stopped at one shop and a young man named Dandy was working the register. Dandy was personable, outgoing, answering all of my questions and made excellent suggestions. Honestly, because if Dandy I walked away with several Memphis Wild Huckleberry items to try.
