They misdiagnosed the issue saying it was my carburetor and fuel pump. They charged me $175 for the diagnostic and wouldn't refund my money despite their error. After their inspection, they wanted to replace my carburetor and wanted over $1400 to replace it. I thought that too high, so I took it to a second mechanic who quickly identified the problem was with the engine. He removed the cover and showed me that the flywheel could be spun by hand, which indicated damage to cylinder/piston. This second diagnosis cost me $250, because of the misdiagnosis I had him inspect my carburetor again bringing my total to $425 of wasted money. However I am relieved I didn't let Kubota proceed with the carburetor replacement, which wouldn't have fixed nothing and I'd been out $1400 and still would had a damaged cylinder/piston. I'm grateful to have found a mechanic who knows his stuff. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else! ---
