Completely revitalized my carpets! I've actually never had these carpets cleaned (had for 5 years) and WOW I've been missing out. They look new!! Always great to work with people who are really great at what they do. Won't ever use anyone else! Highly recommend.

I immediately received a confirmation email telling me an associate would contact me within 48 hours to schedule the appointment. That deadline came and went, so I reached out again by sending an email through the website's "Contact Us." I still did not receive any response. Then, I called the company's phone number and left a message which was never returned. I was unable to make an appointment with another company because I unwisely chose Chem-Dry and wasted my time waiting on them to respond to me. Do yourself a favor and use their competitor. This company will not respond to any of your communications. #EpicFail

They assured me they could succeed where others failed, but unfortunately, the stains remain. After the job was finished, they explained that the lanes are actually 'imprinted', the same conclusion the first company reached. It was an expensive way to learn I should have trusted the initial opinion, but I appreciate their effort. I guess it is officially time to replace the carpet.

I've hired several cleaning companies over the years, and this one is by far the best. When I…read morecalled to request a deep cleaning service, I spoke with Greg the owner. He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that I'd purchased, but they cleaned them anyway. Thank you, Greg and Tamara, for doing a FANTASTIC job cleaning my house. It is clear to me that you are passionate about what you do and care about the customers you serve. I am a huge fan of yours and would highly recommend your company to anyone.

Our 83 year old home has original Saltillo Tiles which I don't think have ever been restored since…read morethey were installed. Due to the porosity of clay tile, it can very easily be ruined by the wrong type of cleaning and sealant application. It's a job for professionals. And folks who specialize in this type of tile are hard to find. I found Tyler and his company, Seal Systems through Yelp and called them for an estimate. I was pleased to learn this is ALL they do. They specialize in natural clay tile restoration. Tyler's dad even created a proprietary cleaning solution to address the potential issues of stripping off old sealer. On Day 1, they showed up and stripped the tile on their hands and knees. No machines, just two guys working their a$$es off. On Day 2, the sealant went down, four coats in total (I believe) were spread. (I prefer the high-gloss Saltillo). The tile looks gorgeous. The patina is still there but the whole room has a new life. I love the way it turned out - 100% exceeded my expectations (because old tile restoration can be hit or miss.) If you have clay tile that needs some TLC - hire these guys. They are professional, responsible, dependable, and know what the heck they're doing. Also - family owned business...that's a good thing.
