When I called and asked about the details of the bill I expressed my frustrations about them leaving a broken sprinkler and a sprinkler above ground at a 60 degree angle... Their response was that someone else dug out the don't around the sprinkler and that the sprinklers worked when they left. Now I have a $100 balance and the same amount of work to do before they came to the house. I would call someone else .

Then caught their employee trespassing onto my property and urinating in my front yard. Contacted them and their initial response was to put a note on my account for their employees not to do that. After back and forth with the "owner", it was obvious she wasn't taking the issue seriously and stated at least he went behind a tree. It would seem they don't provide appropriate working conditions for their employees that they would then try and make me feel I'm the bad guy for not being okay with them turning my front yard into an employee toilet.

After recently relocating to Gainesville I was pleased to learn that a DCSC had recently opened. I…read morelove the same day service if you have your clothes to them before 9am M-F. My only issue, and this seems to be universal with every DCSC, is that from time-to-time their machines will break a button on a shirt. To this locations credit they own up to it and offer to fix it; other locations I've been to try to avoid it by putting the break off on some other issue. This location also does on site alterations. We'll be bringing all of our dry cleanning to this location. Some training I think does need to take place of employees because the first time I asked about putting my credit card on file or getting an express bag, both of which are standard for a DCSC, the person didn't seem to know what I was talking about. However, this could be because of the location being new, but I would expect that such a key service offering would be offered as part of a customer interaction. Pricing is reasonable. ranging from $2.09 for a dress shirt to $4.99 for a suit coat (Wednesday's shirts are discounted). I suspect that over time they will start to challange some of the other cleaners in town on pricing, but right now they win on service.

I took a chance with this place…read more Though there isn't much for conversation with any of the employees or owner, I figured they were just good ole boys. The wait time for the repairs was longer than I'd like, a week out, but I figured they were that busy? I took the mower in for carburetor issues, starting issues, and it always tried to die when I put the blades down. This is where the 5 stars come into play. They could have charged me for parts and repairs I didn't need. They did rebuild the carburetor, which I figured. I figured a new starter and a switch or something. I estimated $400-700 overall. The only problem was the carburetor. The other issues was a cover I didn't put in place correctly and it was shutting off and not starting by design. Instead of just charging me extra for something I didn't need, they were honest and I respect that. Under $200 out the door and if I need more repairs in the future, I don't expect much talk but know they are honest.
