He also helped us get a needed coolant flush done. When the initial problem was confirmed to be present and covered by warranty, he helped us to get a loaner vehicle while the repairs were taking place. Items that were totally not under control of Mitchell were the acquisition of the needed parts by the dealership, so we know that is unavoidable. After we got done, he searched for the specific setup I was interested in across different Toyota dealers. There were unfortunately no results for what I was looking for. He did not try to force me into a car I did not want and he gave me his business card to reach back out for whenever I was ready. I ended up buying a car from a different dealer due to how they handled a sale to a family member, but my satisfaction with my experience at this dealer was worth leaving a review for.
