Two separate experiences about 5 years apart, most recently about a month ago. Attitude of contact was to go no further than absolutely necessary to help order the correct wheelchair. Not certain of her product knowledge, as she pressed for a totally UN- suitable chair, rather than what I (the user) requested. The single bright spot was the delivery/technician who worked very hard to make needed adjustments which were known and should have been done before delivery? I'm sorry I don't remember his name! He was so kind and so determined to get the job done. I still experienced difficulties with the chair which make it unusable for me, but I'm looking for another service to make necessary adjustments. read more
