Nobody in the pharmacy department answers the phone. You sit on hold for HOURS and then get hung up…read moreon. Happens to me EVERYTIME I call. The only reason I call is because the APP never works correctly!! I go up there to get a refill on my medication, you know because the app doesn't work, and am told they won't fill it until tomorrow because "they don't have time today" and it's 6:30pm and they don't close until 9pm....NOPE!! Also, when you go inside and tell them you will wait while they fill something they say NO IT WILL BE AT LEAST 1 hour! DONT HAVE AN OPEN STORE IF YOU CANT FILL MEDICATION

Manager Tina, an illiterate sorry excuse for a manager who proudly tells me she has no way of knowing if staff even came to work, no way to page an associate to determine who has the "keys" to the paint, and no way to unlock products that customers are literally trying to buy. And when I pressed further? At 9:14 PM, while the store is OPEN and the paint is sitting right there for purchase, her response was: "Oh, buying paint at this time?" I can't help and walked off. Excuse me? The store is open, the products are here, and that's your answer? Ignorance at its best. How many customers have NOT been able to purchase products, because the associates with the keys is invisible? Sadly, this is what consumers are forced to deal with until we start taking a stand when spending our money. Walmart this level of incompetence is shameful. Is this really the "leadership" representing your brand? Leadership is led by example. It seemed more like a lack of attention to the front area rather than being busy. I did have to track down an employee who was inside the garage space, which requires a code to access. I knocked on the window a few times before he noticed me. Once he realized I was there, he took great care of me. He was helpful, attentive, and made the process of selecting and ordering my tires smooth and easy. Overall, the service itself was good, but there definitely needs to be more awareness and presence at the front counter so customers aren't left waiting or wondering how to get assistance.

I think it's fair to request consideration especially during this time of national crisis. The…read morepandemic has caused many business to fail and this is so unfortunate. However, when you ask well in advance for an early supply of products in order to have enough supplies on hand to complete your vacation is easy, right? For three weeks, I have attempted to manage my medical supplies well in advance of a month long trip out of country. The folks at Pinnacle made me feel it is not their priority or concern that I asked for their assistance by stating a non existent policy of the insurance company. After further investigation I was told by my insurance company that my request was reasonable and allowed. Pinnacle asked me to pay $200 out of pocket to pay for additional supplies up until the point that I brought to their attention about the favorability of my request by my insurance. At this point, they finally approved my early request. The only problem is, they cannot guarantee it will arrive in time before the 7 members of my family and myself's departure date. Then they offered me one day shipping for $65. If I was given some meager consideration three weeks ago I would not be forced to spend $65 of my fixed income money unnecessarily due to their lack of concern. Not fair! I do not understand why people create these unnecessary hoops to jump when you sincerely request their assistance. The flip side, if someone goes above and beyond the normal call of duty to write something favorable. In my mind Pinnacle missed a golden opportunity to have very favorable response indicating terrific customer service. I'm sorry Pinnacle you're moving in the wrong direction on this one!

I would have appreciated that I was notified of this occurrence instead of me waiting in their parking lot and not being told anything. If I hadn't called myself I would've been still sitting and wondering. I understand things happened but a courtesy call would've been appreciative and very professional. I still had to wait two more days before my medicine was ready and again if I didn't call I wouldn't have known that it was ready still. This was my second ever utilizing this store and may be my last.
