Walmart Horn Lake, MS -- Another Store, Same Problem…read more At this location, Customer Service Associate Tee told me: "Everyone with keys for hardware leaves at 8 PM." So let me get this straight: the store is OPEN, shelves are STOCKED, customers are READY to purchase... but Walmart locks up merchandise and makes it impossible to buy after 8 PM. How is that not a direct hit to your own bottom line? Revenue lost: Customers leave without spending a dime. Payroll still running: Employees are on the clock while sales walk out the door. Corporate values ignored: Walmart claims its culture is built on: Service to the customer Respect for the individual Strive for excellence Act with integrity (Walmart Values) Here's the bigger issue: this isn't just one store. I experienced the SAME FAILURE at the Southaven, MS location. This is looking like a regional problem, not an isolated mistake. I don't actually go to this Walgreens by choice very much. It is the closest one to the crib…read morethough. So I go by it all of the time. A lot of times it's a simple necessity that drives my visits. In my opinion, almost all other Walgreens locations are much better than this one. If I really need something I'll drive right by here because it probably ain't here. At this location, on almost all visits since The Vid, the shelves are barren, disorganized, or stuff is just put wherever. I am not sure why, maybe it's the extreme population of warehouses in the area, and the highlighter wearing population that works inside them. Take that how you will.... Idk man. I usually check in when I drive by just to mess with that one strange dude that follows me around checking in places I visit frequently. I wait for him to take it back, then I will take it again.
