Elderly, have meds to pick up but no driver available. Called yesterday - had to work my way through automated system, held 20 minutes for a human, and was cut off. Tried again today. Nearly same wait time but finally talked to a very helpful rep about home delivery. Got set up, but had to go on line to fill out credit card info. Have made a dozen attempts but get "problem occurred, try later." Called Walgreens again and never made it to a real person. The agent was helpful but meds still in limbo. I'm sure agents are overworked. My gripe is with the company ; surely their dismal customer service will eventually affect their bottom line. read more

This has been my pharmacy for years and it's always the same women working. The customer service is terrible and the lady that works the drive through is RUDE. If you call and speak with them they are rude over the phone and hang up on you also. It's insane these people are still employed. read more

Good place to get shots if you're insurance covers it, bedside manner could use some humanity but otherwise okay. Don't waste you're time filling out paperwork online, you'll be asked to do it again. read more

Terrible customer service. You sit in line at drive thru for long periods of time and when you try to call them, they put you on hold for 20 to 30 minutes and then hang up on you. That happened to me 2 days in a row when trying to get my blood pressure medicine. They are the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. read more

Horrible experience with this pharmacy and most of the others. Staff is always so rude. The attitude you get here is always so snarky and rude. Pharmacy manager doesn't care either. No verification of address or birthdate to confirm we were getting the right medicine. Coming from a medical background, this pharmacy gave me a horrible feeling of concern for people getting medicine here. Check your prescription before you leave so you don't get the wrong medicine. Absolutely worst pharmacy. RXs are rarely ready on time. Cars are allowed to sit at the drive through window for 25+ mins waiting on meds. If you go through the drive thru window stay in the outer line. That way you can at LEAST get out of line if it doesn't move! I give it 2 stars only because I've never gotten the wrong medication from them. read more

Yesterday my husband and I spoke with the pharmacist that was working. We were returning someone's medication that was given to us on Thursday. I picked up two medications that were filled by Walgreens pharmacy and I went through the dive-through window. One of the medications was not his medicine. Although he takes the same medicine that we received, it was the wrong mg. Thank God my youngest daughter noticed the the name on the medicine was different from her daddy's. Although they had the same first name, the middle initial and last name was different. I am aware that people make mistakes. The pharmacist that was on staff Sunday was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken with. She talked to us like we were beneath her and that we were the ones that made the mistake and received the wrong medicine. I feel that it's time to change pharmacies. I WILL NOT be talked to like that by anyone. She did not answer our questions we asked her and she was rude and judgmental and I do not like how this was handled at all. I will not stand for that type of person nor will I show respect to that type of person. Walgreens staff made a mistake and it could have been a bigger mistake if my husband would have taken that medicine. If hateful people is what's going to represent your company then I have no other choice than to find another pharmacy. Like I said before this was their mistake not ours. If she doesn't like helping others, maybe she needs to pick another job field to go into! Walgreens needs to address her and handle this accordingly. They will start losing customers. My family will not be back if something doesn't change! read more
