I don't actually go to this Walgreens by choice very much. It is the closest one to the crib though. So I go by it all of the time. A lot of times it's a simple necessity that drives my visits. In my opinion, almost all other Walgreens locations are much better than this one. If I really need something I'll drive right by here because it probably ain't here. At this location, on almost all visits since The Vid, the shelves are barren, disorganized, or stuff is just put wherever. I am not sure why, maybe it's the extreme population of warehouses in the area, and the highlighter wearing population that works inside them. Take that how you will.... Idk man. I usually check in when I drive by just to mess with that one strange dude that follows me around checking in places I visit frequently. I wait for him to take it back, then I will take it again. Walgreens on Hatch Cross 302 is painfully slow when it comes to the prescription pick-up line. If you go during peak hours, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes--sometimes longer. It's frustrating when you just need to grab your medication and get on with your day, but instead you're stuck inching forward at a snail's pace. They really need to add more staff or find a better system, because right now it's just not working. read more

Pharmacy is extremely slow. It took me 45 min to get my meds. They rarely have same day pick up available.

Got to the pharmacy pick-up line with two cars ahead of me. No big deal, or so I thought. It's been 15 minutes and not one car has moved. There are now 12 cars total waiting, and haven't moved and inch. I'll move my prescription to cvs. read more

I have never written a negative review before; however, I believe this is warranted. After having a prescription cancelled twice without receiving an okay from me to do so, I tried to phone the Walgreen's in Olive Branch, MS (Store #7130) on Goodman at Craft SEVEN times over a period of one hour. Each and every time I was hung up on without having spoken a word to anyone. Each time the phone WAS ANSWERED, as there were background noises and voices from the store. I know these people are busy and the pharmacy is understaffed, but someone was either purposely hanging up on me to get the call volume down or they were simply incompetent. This is VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING! As much as I don't want to, I think I might be moving to CVS. read more

This is the worse pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. I know they are short staffed but I get sooo frustrated everytime I have to go there. The lines inside and at the drive thru are always long and I have left several times because waiting 30 minutes for service is just to much. Last week I took my daughter for a flu shot and there was a note on the window saying they were not giving shots that day. Today I went again and they have a new note saying you have to have an appointment also they only has 10 of the pills prescribed for my dog, so I have to go again, and wait in line forever to pick it up tomorrow?? Another thing you cannot contact them by phone. It rings forever and if they do pick up, they put you on hold and never come back. Been coming to this store since it was built. Pharmacy staff was so rude after I inquired about cost of my sons medication and taking a coupon. I called the store manager and said yeah - what's up? I told him I get it but crap people were so rude. Later I ordered a cube photo holder online, called the store four times then finally got a human to see status. Machine broke for weeks so couldn't do it.,if it wasn't so hard to change stores - I would have pulled my business all ready. read more

Not sure if they are understaffed or overworked but the pharmacy workers are rude and unprofessional. You would think that because they work with delivering medication, at times life saving medications, they would be more companionate in regards to getting the customer their medication. They are nonchalant in regards to a customers medication need. I do understand that medication availability is no fault to theres;however, hearing the customer out, not cutting them off and ending a call is not professional or kind at all. read more

Upon walking up to the photo lab that wasn't staffed the cashier acknowledged me but instead of coming to help me she let another customer walk up to her line and told me she would be right over. So you skipped helping me even though I was next? Another associate came over to the lab and could not locate my order. My name was given, phone number & even my confirmation email but nope no pictures. After 15 minutes of looking no offer was ever made to simply print my order they could not find so I left. Good Try! I am guessing whomever had my review deleted was overly-sensitive, or more likely, a Walgreen's employee who doesn't want to hear the truth about their pharmacy location. Regardless, it would be good to actually talk to me about it, instead of hiding behind the "Questionable Content" option on this site. So, you want specifics? Here you go. This Walgreen's in Olive Branch is often out of medication. You go there and they don't have what you ordered. It takes days sometimes to get a simple prescription refilled. The manager of the pharmacy is completely incompetent, and runs what is easily the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Instead of sending out one of his minions to delete my review, he should instead work to be a competent employee of Walgreen's and start to earn his pay. And, do you happen to know about HIPPA, which is supposed to provide security for patient's records? You don't have to worry about that at this Walgreen's. They took someone else's prescription bottle, barely scratched out the name with a pen, and reused the bottle for my prescription. The Prescription Number was untouched and the other patient's information was also untouched. Clearly a violation of HIPPA. You want proof? I have the bottle, and am not throwing it away. In fact, I should send it to the government and let them deal with Walgreen's and their careless disregard for the HIPPA act. Anyone who values the protection of their personal information should go elsewhere. If they are doing this, you don't know what they might be doing to your medications. read more

I called and spoke to Scott in the photo dept. and he helped me get my photo(one wallet size) done. I then asked if my photo could be sent to the pharmacy so I can pick it up and not get out of the car. I told him I have done it before and apologized for doing it again. I use to work for Walgreens and I completely understand how busy they get in the store and the pharmacy drive thru. I went through the drive thru and asked for my sons medicine. He is a 6 year old 40lb special needs boy that cant walk. I have taken him into this Walgreens before but considering the fact that COVID19 is going around and that my son is at high risk for getting it because of his medical conditions, I decided that he will not be going into stores for the time being. he also cant wear a mask due to his medical condition because he cant breath with it. when I asked the pharmacy tech about my photo being sent to the pharmacy so I can pick it up and his medicine at one time, she said ok hold on just a moment, I saw her get so ticked off through the window telling the other pharmacy tech about it. she came back to me and said, someone has told you before you cant get your photo picked up back here. You have to come in the store but they will do it again for me this last time. I didn't say anything except 'okay' because I am not the type of person that is going to get mad like that, plus no one has said that to me. to be honest, I have seen her before in the drive thru, she is really fast, she gets cars gone quick and has a lot of energy. she also talks very fast and is rude every time that I have seen her. my point to all this, some people don't think about special needs parents and what all they go through. it takes A LOT of time to get my son that cant walk, to get out of the car. read more

I dropped off 4 prescriptions at 9 am. Drive thru clerk asked me to wait while she checked availability.I waited,she returned to say yes we have them they will be ready in 15 min. I returned 45 min to pick up my 4 meds and she stated, your three prescriptions will be $13+. I reminded her that I turned in 4 prescriptions. She said let me go check. She returned and stated that will be $17+. She placed my prescriptions in a bag tied it up and I left. When I opened my bag this morning there were only three meds in there and I was charged now 17+ dollars instead of the 13+ she originally stated when she told me I only had three. This morning I contacted the Pharmacy and spoke with a woman who stated she was the Pharmacist when she answered. She cut me off as I was explaining my concerns and said, "what's the name?" I gave her my name and she said, oh that won't be here until Monday. I asked her if someone should have informed me when I picked up yesterday? She replied, yes, but maybe she forgot. Then proceeded to tell me again it will be here on Monday. I am a vulnerable American and had no plans of leaving my home again to pick up meds that I was told were already available. Especially, with the way I was treated. I was completely disregarded and rudely rushed off the phone. I know this is a tough time for us all, but we still have to be kind or at least courteous. My daughter was given a prescription from the hospital ER. I went to this Walgreens around 8pm. I asked what time they closed and I was told 10pm. I said I would have my husband there to pick up her much needed medications before 10pm. He got there at 9:50pm and the place was dark. So needless to say my daughter was not able to take her medication prescribed to her from the hospital. Thanks Walgreens! read more
