not sure why some people are unhappy with them but I love Vapor Wize, been using this location for almost 4 years and no complaints from me. Many brands and products to choose from, disposable vapes and mods. Price seems fair to me and they have a rewards system so eventually you can get $25 off and i've used that many times over the years. The staff is amazing, I have to watch myself or I'll stay for 15/20 minutes chatting with them cause they are genuinely great people. Horrible customer service. Overpriced compared to any other store I've visited. They actively tell people not to order products they sell online. Their juice is mediocre at best and is made in front of you from memory, so flavor X may taste one way one visit and another way the next because it's all eyeballed on the spot. I've been sold coils they swore up and down would work on my tank...they didn't. The ONLY reason they're in business is they're the only game in town. Just order online until a better store opens in the Memphis area. Avoid like the plague. read more

Rude and overpriced. I was really glad to see Memphis finally get a proper vape store. Unfortunately, these guys realize they are the only game in town. Much like the cable company in a recent South Park episode, they don't care if you have problem because what are you going to do? Go do business with the other guys? No, because there are no other guys. Shortly after they first opened, I purchased a starter kit with an upgraded battery (1100mah) and upsized juice. Total price: Almost $90 dollars. A few months later I went to Florida and saw they have the EXACT SAME KIT for $40! 30ml of juice at Vaporwize: $15.99, Florida : $7.99! Not to mention they used to run a buy 5 bottles, get one free program. When I came in to get my free bottle, they lady brushed me off and said, "Yeah, we switched programs, sorry." So I asked her if I could still get a free one since she was the one who almost always filled my order. Unsurprisingly, her response was "No" as she immediately moved to another customer. I recently upgraded to a Kanger Mini Pro 3 for $20. Came in a few weeks later to get a pack of coils (which was 6 bucks for my Pro 2) and the price was $20! I could just buy another tank. Looked online and saw that most places had the exact same coils for less than $10. These guys just price gouge. Plain and simple. Oh and don't bother calling them on the phone to complain, they will just silently mock you in front of the in-store customers while you speak. Witnessed this on two separate occasions. Hopefully some competition will roll into town soon. read more

My wife and I were visiting Memphis for the first time to root my brother on in his 1st Body building competition. Being Vapers, we looked them up on Yelp and saw they were just a mile away from our hotel, so we decided to see how they stacked up to stores from south Florida where we live. What a DISAPPOINTMENT! The girls behind the counter were friendly but that was the best part of the experience. The Asian guy that was working there was very cold and not very helpful. They sell mostly their own in house blends and just a few other lines of well known juice. Theirs was ok at best. Now for the really bad part We inquired about an Innokin iTaste MVP2.0 Shine edition that we knew should be no more then $70. Well, at this establishment it was $120!!! YES! You read that right! $120 for a device I've seen for $60-70 EVERYWHERE else. My advice to you is to avoid this ripoff at all costs. read more

I had a wonderful experience! The lady that helped me answered all of my million questions and even saved me some money by recommending a CHEAPER product. I went into this vaporwise looking to get a dry herb vaporizer and they didn't have what I wanted and had no idea when they were going to get a new shipment, so they sold me a more expensive product with the hope it would work as well. I ended up with the Yocan ishred and it is an awful product from my experience. After unsuccessfully researching what might be wrong with it, I called this store to ask some questions. The manager had no idea how the product worked, told me my sale was final, and redirected my call to another store. After two more unsuccessful conversations with clueless vapor wise employees, I still have a brand new dry herb vape that doesn't work. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at vaporwise, and I'm even more upset that they didn't tell me this particular product was nonreturnable until I called to discuss my problems. Not to mention, from what I have experienced, the Ishred is more trouble than its worth and it's a poor quality dry herb vape. read more

Buyer beware. The batteries Vaporwize sells are not genuine Joytech or Spinner products as they are represented to be, they are low quality knockoffs. I found out the hard way when two I bought died prematurely and a vapor buddy pointed out the difference. I haven't purchased any of their clearomizers but I would assume they are also cheap knock offs too so I'll pass. If their hardware is cheap knock offs you have to wonder if they cut corners on their liquid too. I'll just pass on this place from now on...period. I just called this place for some pricing information. I was told they do not give prices over the phone. I was then told to look on the website for prices. I told the girl I was speaking to I was looking online and and am having trouble seeing the price of what I wanted. I was told sorry and it can't be done over the phone. I then asked about cartridges or "tanks" as she called them. This is what you put your liquid into. I asked if you had to buy them as singles or could I buy them in packs. The phone was given to someone else without me being told anything. Now I was speaking with a different girl. I asked if each one were ten dollars because that's what it said online and I was told they were cheaper than that. She ended up telling me the price and it was different than what showed online. I asked why the price of something in the store would be different than what is advertised online. She was obviously frustrated with me but I was just politely trying to get to the bottom of why they wont tell me the price of merchandise over the phone and why prices are different online. They were not explaining things very well. I was sarcastically asked if I wanted to speak to the owner since he was in store and I said yes. I asked why prices are different online and he said because we work with people in the store on our prices. Wow, I wish they would work with me online! I let him know that it doesn't make much since to have different prices online than in store especially because the website does not state anywhere that prices may vary in store. I was sarcastically asked, "what do you want, what do you want to know the price of". I told him nothing now. This place has horrible customer service and products. I have bought 3 items from this store and all 3 have broke, within the week I bought them. They have no return policy. I brought one item back and they fixed it and it broke the next day. When I brought it back for the 2nd time in 3 days, They blamed me for the problem. I don't have time to keep coming back because THEY sold me a defective product. Thankfully, against the owners advice, a helpful employee named danny continued to troubleshoot. Turns out they sold me a tank that was not compatible with my $130 battery. Did I get a return? No. Now I have an item I paid $25 for that will just collect dust. It is apparent they care very little about the satisfaction of a big dollar customer. I highly discourage people from shopping here. The sales people would rather talk on the phone to their friends than help guests. The products are poor quality. The staff has a bad attitude. And not even the owner stands by his products. I have now been into the store 3 times. I have dealt with three different people. All of which were nice and informative. They know their stuff. As for the liquids tasting different...the flavors are premade and they add in the nicotine. I don't know what these other people are requesting. But they must be wanting a mix of some kind. My go to liquids are honeydew, rum and coke, am red and ms menthol. I love them all. My husband has gone with me twice and we both agree they are much better than create a CIG! Love vaporwize nothing but positive things to say. I go in open minded ask questions and get thoughtful answers. I even had an employee tell me to stick with the financially smart decision (which meant her not making a sale) until I decided if I could stick with this. Which I appreciated her honesty. I will continually go back love it here! Now they offer a belly card which gives you points and discounts I got 10% my last visit which is great! They have a lot of your vapor needs, but the prices online are different than in the store which makes no sense. I loved the place at first, but one of the ladies behind the counter wasn't friendly, the other woman was supper friendly and helped me find what I needed! However the other woman talked to me in a very unprofessional way my first time there, but when I went back both ladies seemed to be very helpful and there was no issues my second time. I love there huge selection, and I love that you get to taste the juice before you purchase any. I just wish they would make there online prices as same as the store! read more
