Ok so, let me just say this vape store is the only one i will go to in oakland. Yeah, they cover…read morethe basics like really good prices on their stuff ect, but what really puts this store beyond the 5 stars for me is the people that work there. You go a coupke of times and they know what you want the next time you walk in, they are friendly, and my most recent exp us what r3ally showed me that they really are all about their customers. A couple of weeks ago i was going through some stuff and wasnt able to walk like i normally could. I called and told the girl working there who i was, she remembered immediately, and when i explained my situation, she offered to come to my car, get my card to run inside and then bring me my stuff back to the car. You just dont see people like that anynore these days, and to see it in a small business that was kind of busy that day just really made the most incredible impression. At Smoke Signals, I always feel welcome and comfortable, and am never made to feel stupid when I ask questions. I highly recommend!
