The service at is so bad it can't even be rated. I called this morning at 9 o'clock from the doctors office. They told me they would get my medicine ready which was only one prescription drove to Olive Branch from Potts Camp Mississippi. Got here about 10 it was not ready. They said it would be ready at 10:31 not 1030 but 1031 came back at 6 PM prescription still not ready. Been sitting in the parking lot since 6pm it is now 7 o'clock prescription still not ready. It makes you wonder where these people got their education or if they even have one. They are pathetic. And they're offering flu shots? I honestly would be afraid for anyone in this pharmacy to give me a shot. read more

The service in the Pharmacy is TERRIBLE. They don't have any customer focus and will constantly let the calls stay on infinite hold periods or answer quickly to only hang up the phone or throw you back on holdwhen you call in to speak to their dept. Nasty attitude even when you get them. I am not sure how this location is still in business. Never do I get this treatment with Kroger but unfortunately my insurance is not in network. I am going to transfer my prescription to Stateline or Church to see it if I get better service. This store manager is rude as hell. Marcus!! And he's a liar I am still waiting on my callback from 2 days ago. How are you rude to the very people that are paying your salary? And please do not get me started on the pharmacy. I received text messages and emails telling me my prescription was ready for pickup! Both times we go up there only to find out my meds are out of stock. Marcus! Stated he was going to check some other stores and call me back in a few hours. I said thank you, sir. And he just slams the phone down in my face. I almost called him back up there. My next complaint will be formal. Marcus needs some training! Pharmacy is SUPER SLOW! There will be several employees in the pharmacy but only one will be working the register. If you want to wait in line and waste a lot of your time, this is the pharmacy for you! They could speed it up by stop asking every single customer to verify their address. read more

I went into the store yesterday to buy some Christmas cards that were marked $2.99 after I already paid for the cards I noticed they charged me $4.99,, the clerk said that there is a vendor called Hallmark, and they have no control over their pricing,, they refused to give me the difference in money back, or even take the card back,, The manager Scott did not even have enough compassion to even come over and say anything to me. good luck ever trying to get through to corporate all that you get is redirection to scam websites. read more

If I could leave negative zeros I would. The pharmacy manager Bailey and the pharmacist are the most incompetent humans. They are always out of a particular maintenance medication. I order it and it takes 7-10 days to come in. They will tell me it will be in the following day and it's ALWAYS a lie. They never order it until I make a big scene. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The rudest pharmacist I've ever encountered. I handed the pharm tech my written prescription for a pain medication...waited for 30 minutes, then she the pharmacist and another tech came up holding my prescription, and said I'd have to wait 5 days because I'd picked up the same type of medication before but it was two days early. My little son and I walked all the way to Walgreens today, in the cold and snow, because I had to send an urgent Fed Ex envelope. I already had the logo printed. Our car is stuck in the snow and I cannot drive anywhere currently. When we arrived the store manager closed the door in front of my face, not even giving me the opportunity to ask one simple question. He looked at me and said with the worst attitude that he has been there all day and that the store is closed. A manager goes by example!!! I am a manger myself and think that Walgreens, especially this Walgreens needs to choose their staff more wisely. The other day I was in there and a very grumpy lady was working...One girl was very accommodating though at the Fed Ex counter. I usually don't speak in color but it was a black girl and she was very friendly and kind. Apparently I am not the only one thinking that unprofessional behavior as presented by the store manager is unacceptable. In my store I still open the door for customers after closing to give them information on the business etc. Furthermore, Google had posted this Walgreens to be closed yesterday but today it showed to be open regular hours. If I could give zero stars, I would. Words can not describe how much I hate this pharmacy. I don't know if they are under staffed or just truly terrible employees but the service is absolutely awful. You will easily spend 15-20 minutes waiting in line. Forget about calling them, I have been on hold for so long that I was able to drive to the store, wait in line and then get my prescriptions and they still had not answered the phone. Needless to say, I have switched to CVS and am very happy that I no longer use this place. read more

I have used this location as my pharmacy for years because it is 24-hours and offers drive-through access. In the years that I have been a patron of this pharmacy, I have interacted with rude techs who claim they do not EVER have my prescriptions even though 1) I can clearly see on my Walgreens account where the prescription was filled, 2) my insurance denies my request to refill because Walgreens processed the refill, AND 3) my phone is blown up with emails, phone calls, and text messages telling me to come pick up my filled prescriptions. This last attempt to pick up my prescriptions resulted in the exasperated pharmacist simply checking the digital system and snapping at me that she hadn't filled a prescription for me in months because I did not have any. I can only assume one of two things. Either 1) she is an immortal being incapable of making mistakes and thus above physically checking for my prescriptions that her organization has been hounding me to pick up OR 2) Walgreens is an organization that only seeks to rob my insurance company while denying me my medications. I don't know, but I am so over suffering this degradation any longer. read more

I wish their service was better in the pharmacy. I stop by here at least once a week for various items. Whenever I have to pick up prescriptions, I'm waiting inside and outside for more than 15 mins! Plus I can tell that their staff is easily frustrated and overwhelmed when they're busy with many customers waiting like me. read more
