Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever received…read more 1) Service was terrible. I didn't get a single response to my questions or need for updates. The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I NOW have to take it back to another technician. 3) A week after I left my computer at the store, once they said they had fixed it, they called and said that they had lost my password. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work. Every customer service rep that I spoke to was courteous and listened to my concerns. They were very informative and knowledgeable of the issue. The part did not work right away and it took me more than the 14 days to return my core or the part for a refund. I called them and they were kind enough to extend me enough time to figure out the problem (the PCM was good, the wiring harness had a burn in it and needed to be replaced). Overall, a great experience with them. I had tried a different company in Fl also that was a disaster to work with. I would recommend going with All Computer Resources.

I waited a week for this computer even though I requested next day shipping, and when I opened the package I could smell fresh spray paint and I knew something was very very wrong. For some reason they spray painted the galvanized steel case of the computer silver, which is supposed to be silver already, probably because it was extremely rusty. However, the spray paint got into the several holes all over the case and covered the circuitboard. OK I thought, don't freak out, it might still work even though it's clearly very sloppy and shoddy work with absolutely zero attention to detail. I turned the key to the on position and the fuel pump would not stop priming, the #1 sign of a bad engine computer on these trucks, and of course the car cranked and cranked without starting. It's clear it was never tested, because if it was, the tests would have shown the unit is a piece of garbage. The pins of the 60-pin connector were also so filthy I went through about 50 cotton swabs cleaning them, it was clearly never plugged in. Looked like they dug it out of the ground after 50 years to be honest. no matter what you do do not give your money to this garbage scam company. Find someone else, this is a money printing scheme not a computer company.
