Seriously, think about giving confections and chocolates for the holidays, from this place! It has the small-town feel to it with the help, the location and the selection. I use to love going in and getting a few pieces of fresh chocolate when we visited. My sister was home for a visit so we stopped in so she could stock up before heading home and that she did...lol. We shopped the Lake Forest, IL store and the employee was very nice knowledgeable and the store was clean and everything was nicely displayed. Even provided a sample of the fresh chocolate. Our check out was less than favorable this time. Upon returning for a second time the transaction was pleasant and the visit was very nice. The employee offered me a sample of the Fannie May Mint Melt Away which I love. Upon speaking with the employee she told me that this store was relatively new which I was not aware. If you haven't, and you love chocolate, do stop in for the Mint Melt Aways or Pixies or a Trinidad and see what else is on display for purchasing for you and your family or friends.
