She then contacted me again in late July to let me know she was having a "promo" where if I paid the remaining amount, it would be $50 off the total. So, naturally, I did. I sent payments via Apple Pay because she accepted Apple Pay or cashapp. She sent me a mockup of what the balloons will look like the day of the party & we both confirmed it looked great. The week of my party (my party was on a Saturday) she called to confirm with me on Monday. Luckily I did not answer so she left me a voicemail confirming which I will be using as evidence. Anyways, the day OF my party I texted her to let her know I was running a bit late but the venue was open & there were people there for her to set up. No text back. I then called her phone, email & on IG -- no answer. I called her from different phones but no answer. Despite reaching out multiple times via DMs and the two phone numbers I had on file, I never received a response. I started to feel uneasy due to the lack of communication, especially after paying a $$$ deposit. Eventually, we scheduled a phone call to go over the event details, but they never followed through. After doing more research, I discovered that this company has scammed others as well. I am removing one star because of two reasons. Reason # 1, there was an arch put behind my daughter's throne chair that I had concerns with because it was too low and couldn't really be seen, I asked if we could raise it or maybe add another arch to have them both sticking out on the sides to be seen and the only option she gave me was to move it completely and have nothing highlighting her chair. I did not want it moved, I just wanted it to be highlighted more and was confused on why she couldn't just lift it. I ended up having to call a friend the morning of the quince to bring me out another arch and we placed it under her arch and raised it ourselves (with Vero's permission.) I also asked her if she would be adding more balloons to the arch and she said yes, but no more balloons were added. Reason #2, we had agreed on a certain charger for the tables, the evening before the event I noticed different chargers on the tables, when I asked about them she informed me that the vendor didn't have enough of the ones I chose so she would be using 2 different chargers, well those 2 chargers turned into 3 different chargers the day of the event. I was never notified and wasn't even asked if I was ok with it, I felt like that was something I should have been asked or at least told about. Other than that, everything turned out beautiful.

I hate to use the 800 Flowers websites because often you don't know what you're going to get, so I looked online and found a florist near my friend's house that delivered and had great ratings. When I called them this morning, I spoke to Molly, who was so helpful and so professional. I picked out an arrangement I saw online, and I explained to her how I wanted to customize it. She made thoughtful suggestions for the arrangement. The best part about it was she really took her time to explain to me what the final product would look like. The owner Janet called me later to check in and to give me information about some final changes. She also sent me photographs of the arrangement. I have to say the photos of the flowers she sent to my friend were unbelievable. My friend called me and she was so happy with what she received. What an awesome experience!
