The directions were not clear with what to do during transitions. Positive- warmed eyemask during scalp massage, asked several times if we were okay, and water was warm and comfortable. A couple improvements- slow down during massaging, use a diffuser or scent in the room, warming blanket or bed, try different techniques with scalp and not so hard on the scalp, learn how to give a classic blow out after scalp massage.

I could've asked the employees, but who wants to ask the staff every time they want to know how much a product costs? Just a fair warning that you really SHOULD however get the proper pricing of these products prior to purchasing because some of these makeup/beauty products must be imported and therefore MUCH more expensive than if you would purchase them from an online supplier.
