    WHAT A RIPP OFF!!Really well organized company to take your money super fast.I called this company to fix my Samsung refrigerator.I used them before for my ice maker but the refrigerator was under warranty so i didnt had to pay anything.This time my refrigerator stop working because of the cooling fan failed.I called Unique Repair Service to schedule an appointment i told them over the phone what i taught was the problem they sad they will charge me $139 for the service call but they will include the money in the total bill wich i taught was ok.The repair guy came the next day which was great,and gave me the diagnostic which was the same as mine the cooling fan was bad.when he gave me the estimate I almost lost my mind.It was almost $500 to replace the fan thats one screw and one pin thas it!I looked for the part almost identical part it was $25 on Amazon.They sad their cost of the part is $200 and it's original- Insane!!!They never disclosed with me over the phone that the guy is not going to fix the refrigerator the same day.he came and he sad he needs to order the part and it will take probably a week.So one week no working refrigerator in my house hell no way!!!I went ahead and order the part from amazon came in 4h at my front door,It took me about 5 min to replace the part and works like a charm -check out the video!I called the office to get my money back but they sad they workd really hard for the $139 assesment fee Well i wish them all the best but those are the last money they will get from me!!!Terrible company!

    Tech came to replace a part on my stove ended up leaving me with no stove! Wiring harness ordered don't k is why! No sense of urgency!!

    What a terrible company. These guys aren't even qualified to judge what a GFCI is from a surge protector. Unique Repair Services came to look at my refrigerator AGAIN after it threw a C52 and C21 error (Refrigerator room & Freezer room fan error) They took a bunch of things apart and made themselves look like they were working, when the reality is they did not a damn thing today nor did they even make a scheduling for a return visit. On Saturday the freezer spewed smoke and sparks into the freezer section after I opened the door after hearing a loud grinding and popping sound. The inside of the freezer is covered in a grayish black soot like substance. I'm calling Samsung and asking for a replacement Four "repair" appointments, a month and a half without a working refrigerator nor working water and ice and this. We are stuck using the emergency mini refrigerator as our primary fridge now. I am beyond disappointed in this company. Samsung is a half decent company willing to stand behind their products, but they also at the same time have selected some incompetent repair providers. And they let them wear Samsung Care shirts. I wouldn't let someone wear MY NAME if I were a manufacturer unless that person came from a manufacturer warehouse or technical center. If I were a refrigerator manufacturer I would want my own corporate employees repairing peoples EXPENSIVE appliances that they often depend on to keep vital medicines cool (like insulin and antibiotics for sick kids) Just because the manual says don't store medicine or life support products inside doesn't mean people can't. Nobody in the world can afford a medical grade refrigerator and medical grade freezer if they're on insulin and have refrigerated medicines and they shouldn't have to have a medical grade piece of equipment that the insurance won't pay for. Let me know when Medicare and Medicaid start paying for MEDICAL REFRIGERATORS and MEDICAL FREEZERS. I'm waiting... Until then, I'm going to have Samsung REPLACE my refrigerator freezer that has faithfully served us for almost a year before getting brutally murdered by ComEd and their careless power service technicians generating a fatal power surge that destroyed the unit and then made it operate inconsistent with its design resulting in the freezer fan overheating and generating sparks and smoke. These incompetent technician Sean told me I shouldn't have it plugged into a surge protector (after I corrected them when they said "This a GFI, you can't plug this into a GFI" and I retorted "That's a surge interruptor dummy!" to which they curtly and rudely said "You will plug this directly into the wall no surge protectors!") This is moronic. The repair technician acted in a way inconsistent with the original installation and operations manual. The operators manual https://www.manuals.ca/samsung/rs27t5200sr/ states nothing about surge protection or use of a GFCI. Samsung said "It's okay to use a GFCI or surge protector provided it is voltage and amperage appropriate for the refrigerator" On the phone with Samsung as I wrote this review still on the phone with Samsung, Samsung has been doing their job and has been supportive throughout. Unique Repair stated "We found nothing wrong with the unit" There's clearly a lot wrong with the unit still. There's still a C52 error on it and all of that ash residue is evident that something happened and it DID, there was loud grinding and bangs on Saturday in addition to smoke and sparks. Their incompetent technicians said "Plug it back in and take video of it next time" Who knows if I'll be home next time it happens. Who knows if it happens again it will be such a well contained fire. Who knows if next time it'll burn the whole house down This refrigerator is a homeowners claim & lawsuit waiting to happen. Samsung will be working on getting me a new refrigerator. Thanks for nothing Unique Repair Services. Thanks for endangering our family by saying "Plug it back in and wait then take video" I'm not here to baby sit a fire starter of a refrigerator. I have work to do. I don't have time to be staying at the side of the kitchen 24/7 Who's to say it'll even happen during the day, what if we are asleep and awaken to the f***ing house on fire. Charlie was a half decent guy although wasn't able to fix the complex failure. That's because the refrigerator should have been replaced on the first call out. A surge to an expensive electronic system can cause hidden damage throughout the entire system and create a hazard to safety (OURS CAUGHT ON FIRE!!!) On a recorded line with Samsung the office clerk at Unique Repair Service said "We will not serve this person or his address or any properties owned by him again." Dear Unique Repair Services Y'all are incompetent rude twats, you can't fire me as a customer. Because with this review I'm firing you as a company. YOU... ARE... FIRED!!! Unique Repair Services

We have had these appliances for 9 years. The machines are stacked in a pretty small area unfortunately. Jason came the next day no problem. Jason absolutely worked his butt off. This was no easy job. The machines are large and heavy . He did a lot of physical labor to fix the dryer and check the washer. We absolutely appreciated his work. No more laundromat! The machines are working fine. Jason is such a nice guy. He is also extremely fair in his pricing. If need be , I will call him for any appliance that we need fixed. Thank you again Jason.     Overall, had a pleasant experience with Hammer appliance. We had them come out to do an analysis on…read morethe functionality of a few appliances for the home we just purchased. He was able to look at our washer, dryer, vent hood and fridge waterline. The Good Was able to schedule Jason to come out next day without issue. Came on time, courteous and thorough. The Better He was able to identify some root causes of potential issues for our appliances. Only downside is would note was there were a lot of "follow ups" around how to get them fixed which ended up with me running out to the store to address (buying small parts etc). But to know what to buy was extremely helpful. The Best After Jason left I was able to text him questions/followups. He went as far as to getting on FaceTime with me and I was able to catch that the dryer vent had completely disconnected from the dryer and we were able to get Abt out to repair it asap (it was their fault during a washer repair) as it was a fire hazard. Stellar customer service. Only downside was that they do not service our brand of range/hoods. I wish I had known that before calling them out because that was one of the main reasons to do the appliance checks and will need to pay a service fee to someone else to do a check on the unit.

I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive! George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. This experience with George / Astera is so positive that I'm posting my review even before the service is completed. Astera will be getting first crack at all of my appliance and HVAC service calls going forward.
