Everyone at unique nails is so sweet and do a great job, my nails always come out just right and the pedicures are always perfect. Thank You

Honestly, this is one of the few places that have done my nails and they haven't fallen off early or broken. They do a great job. I like it

I recommend seeing Tony if you go to this nail salon. He did such a great job at doing my acrylic nails! He made them look perfect and I will definitely be coming back. read more

Y'all they only show the nails for a reason babyyyy because I got a pedicure and when I say trash I mean trash I has a man he didn't say one word to me..I kept walking away for it 5 minutes at a time and he basically didn't even scrub my feet he did two passes y'all I can't make this up you can really tell homeboy did not want to be here today. I understand we all have bad days but don't let your customers suffer because of it...because at the end of the day I pay the same amount...nails be cute tho.. otherwise it's a fat ass no for me sisssss...he tried to fix the thickness under my nail but he ended up burning me TWICE...I eventually told him to just stop and I had to talk to the owner and he had to ask someone else to fix it read more

New ownership since just before covid. They are doing something right. I see so many new clients. Not a fancy spa atmosphere. Just clean and organized with good nail technicians. Brought my husband for his first ever pedicure. I think we have a new regular. read more

To say I am in love with my nails is an understatement. I was visiting town to see my boyfriend & decided to look on Yelp for the best salon in the area. After reading reviews from about 10 salons I settled with Unique because they had the least amount of bad reviews. I called and was able to get an appointment for 30 mins later. I absolutely loved my outcome. It's been 3 1/2 weeks & my first nail just broke yesterday. I want to wait but I have a photoshoot in a few day & won't be back in Houston for another 2 weeks however I will definitely be getting my nails done when I land lol. read more

I was there for a pedicure about three weeks ago... there were old pieces of nails all over the floor.  The nail tools used on me were not sterilized.  I feel the conditions have deteriorated since new ownership . I did get a good pedicure and I will go back one more time to see if its more sanitary, or I'm looking for a new salon after many years of being a customer. read more

Loved my nails! I had to wait a little but it was well worth the wait! It has been two weeks and my nails are still looking good and I haven't lost a single stone. read more

This place is a hit or miss. There's only 2 people who can do nails well and if they're not available, good luck. The last few times I've been, I've been disappointed with my nails. I just got mine done two days ago and it already looks like I need a fill. They are big and bulky. Going to find another nail salon. read more

Tom did such an amazing job! I love the environment and everyone was very nice. This is definitely my new nail place!

I just finished my first visit to Unique Nails & it was more than I expected!! Kim & Nancy were my nails techs and they were so friendly, attentive and funny!! Upon first walking in I noticed what a nice clean salon they have. When I told Nancy I was there for a pedi she got my tub ready by first putting in a disposable liner, which I thought was a plus!! Kim started my pedi and I asked for a mani too and Nancy pulled up a chair and got to it. They were both so nice and professional!! They BOTH did a great job and I can definitely see myself coming back and bringing my daughter, mom, sister with me!! read more

Spike did my nails. He was very friendly and nice I loved how they came out. It took more time than i expected it to, about 2 hours. The prices was reasonable and the service there is amazing. The staff was very friendly, nice and patient with me. read more

I'm genuinely disappointed. I got this set of nails FIVE DAYS AGO. They did exactly what I asked for they were beautiful and I payed 125 dollars for them. I was prepared to tell everyone about this spot until my nails started coming off only three days after I got them done. I'm a waitress and I work with my hands a lot but I've never had a set last so little time especially for that price point. I will never be returning I'm upset that is what I get for cheating on my nail tech read more

Don't even waste your time making an appointment. I made an appointment the day BEFORE 08/19/2021. My appointment time was 6:15 I confirmed the appointment with a gentleman name Tony. I even left work early for this appointment. I made it to my appointment at EXACTLY 6:15 parked and walked through the door at 6:16. I informed the man at the front desk that I had a 6:15 appointment. He said okay have a seat. A young lady walked in AFTER me and I understand she got a pedicure and I was not BUT a nail tech fished a client and instead of taking me she worked on the lady that came in AFTER me. At 6:50 I asked how much longer is the wait at this point the man at the front desk says AN ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES! Follows behind he know it's late would I like to come back tomorrow? WHY WOULDN'T YOU HONOR MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. You've waited til EVERY other salon close to say "I can come back tomorrow." In addition, TWO other nails techs just walked out did not try to assist. This is BEYOND poor customer service! The time now is 7:06 and still waiting! Please save yourself the trouble and find a salon that actually honors appointment times! read more

They do pretty good nails. However they have no prices listed and even if you're getting the same design the prices change! I went and was told the nail length I selected was 45. I got a design and they charged $65 for the design. And it wasn't super extra. So I stopped goin because how's the design way more than the nails. I decided to give them another try. This time I asked rose ahead of time how much for nails & the design I showed her. She said 70 for the full set and I agreed. I went to get a fill and she charged 75! For the fill. They charge what they want and that's not coo. I feel like they get over. read more

I would give this dirty money hungry place 0 stars if possible! Everytime I come here, the owner is trying to rip me off and always charge me more and more money for even less services that I had the previous time! IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! The nail Tech Tony cut my finger and caused it to bleed and I let him know immediately, and he didn't even put alcohol or any antiseptic, he just kept trying to do my nails like germs and infections don't exist ! My nails look horrible and are lumpy and unveven in color and have smudges on it! And the so called rhinestones they they use are cheap and plastic and for sure are not real crystal but they lie to customers and overcharge when really they are plastic! There are tons of nail salons that are actually good , unlike this horrible Salon, please go to a salon that won't cheat you out of your money and cut up your fingers and disrespect you! Unique Nails is a very very horrible unsanitary dirty, rip off nail salon! AND THEY DONT CLEAN THEIR NAIL TOOLS BETWEEN CUSTOMERS NEITHER! They are nasty here and don't care about nothing but ripping people off of money read more

It was my 1st time getting my nails done in Houston, and Unique Nails really delivered! I'm a little particular about designs and the overall shape of the nail, but they got everything perfect. Rose created my amazing full set, Christine pampered my feet, and everyone was friendly, professional, and COVID protocols were in place. Loved It!!!!!! read more

This was my first visit and the atmosphere was very serene and CLEAN. Blake my technition was wonderful. Very attentive team, they continously asked if I needed something to drink and if everything was okay. They must have noticed I was a little warm because without even asking me they opened up the doors and let the nice cool breeze in then asked me if that was better. Defintely thumbs up for this place. When I am in the area visiting I will def go back if I need a mani or pedi. read more

I go here often I'm the first time I went I wanted to get my nails done by TONY. But apparently he only does long nail with designs. So typically the black community. ( don't get offended ) so no problem I understood I get basic nails . They had a nail tech called DK , who did amazing work beautiful thin long nail that would last clean work. Then they fired him probably because the lack of management. Then I found rose , rose does a great job thin and long nail for my simple girls , like my self . I don't give it 5 stars just because they tell you a 15 minute wait time and really it's 45 minutes. Just be honest tell me how long I'm going to wait. And 2nd because when I asked countless times can I get her(pointing at rose) they stop and speak VM , like okay. You have an issue with me asking for a specific tech then maybe hire more that will do a GREAT JOB like the famous Tony who only tends to take off nails and pass them to other nail tech. read more

My favorite nail salon! Always a good time and they do a great job on my nails and feet! Staff is super friendly! I'll be back for sure.

I am so glad I gave Unique Nails a try. The experience was better than I had expected. Lee and Helen were very friendly and took great care of me. Both ladies were gentle in their ministrations. (My cuticle aren't torn or bleeding. ) It was the first time I had an eyebrow massage as part of a eyebrow waxing. Nice little treat! I told my daughter about my experience and she plans to visit Unique Nails. I agree with other reviews. The salon and equipment looked clean. Helen put a plastic liner in the tub before starting the water. I plan to return and may up my rating to five stars. I am a happy camper! read more

I am not sure where to begin. I recently moved to the Sugarland area, so I had to find a new nail salon. This one was my worst nightmare. My husband & I were seated in pedicure chairs and not acknowledged or offered drinks the first 20 minutes. Then, someone began to work on my hands and feet while he just sat there, no water in the bowl or anything. My pedicure was horrible. The woman shot water all over me from a hose, so much that she had to get multiple towels to clean it off the floor. She laughed and said she "just gave me a shower". She used no soap during my pedicure so every scrub felt harsh and did absolutely nothing. My husband asked for something specific and the woman told him "no". I had to talk to another person to get them to do it, and it was a simple task. My nails were supposed to be matte black. There were white specs all in them because they weren't clean. The design was supposed to be my friend that recently passed away's brand logo, but you can't even tell what it is. One of my nails were breaking underneath, and the man super glued it together. He was also very rough during the whole process. This experience was a nightmare and also expensive, which I normally do not mind for a good experience. One week later, a nail pops off and two more are lifting. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else. read more

Unique Nails - Broken nail after 1 week. - Waxing Near Me - Sugar Land, Texas

This nail shop is f****ing awful they don't give you want you ask for even after you show them the picture. They go back and forward with you trying to get you to get something else. The prices they charge are not worth it. They did my nails tacky af the first time the nail tech did not know how to do French. I gave them two more chances and a nice lady did my nails correctly. Today I paid $76 for some bullshit and they lady cut and sawed into my nails and she did not do my nails how I wanted them on the picture. I went back in shower them how poorly my nails looked very sloppy done and UGLY! They tried to go back and forward with me instead of just changing it. This guy redid my nails but I had to continuously tell him they were ugly I'm not happy I'm cut I'm bleeding it's awful just for him to cut the nails off! This fucking nail shop is out dated they don't have up to date colors and only 2 damn good nail techs. Then he had the nerve to say he's doing my nails for free and if I wanted a design it would be $15 extra!!!! If I wasn't a good person I would gladly beat his ass her ass and bust every window in the store! The guy name was TIM!!!!! The lady I don't fucking know orange hair short bob stay away from her. This is ridiculously like my nails are ugly and I don't wear extremely long nails! They did my nails tacky and had an attitude while de doing my nails if I paid $76 do my shit right money hungry tacky bitches! read more

Did my nails here back in June, but it was awful. I got shellac and the nails were so bulky and misshapen and the paint was blotchy. I went back the next day and they tried to fix with another color because they said it was because I chose white and white always looks bad. Still looked terrible. And they have a no money back policy so dont waste your money here at all because it just looks awful. I got a pedicure as well and that is probably the only good part about my experience, but then again, it's pretty hard to mess up a pedicure read more

My usual nail guy is our out of the country so I decided to try this place. I was seen by a gentleman there. I needed a refill and pedi. He did a good job on my refill my nails look good, my pedi was ok, first they were surprised I wanted one even though I called ahead but no biggie they were not busy so they did with no problem but it was one of those pedis where half the effort was given however my nail color does look good. So not great but good enough. read more

I loved my service and my nails are amazing!! Would recommend. The service is always great, and they offer all different types of drinks.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is sweet and will actually engage with you. I've never had such a nice staff. Le is FANTASTIC! I went to Bella Spatique right near HEB on 59 two weeks before and the staff their was absolutely rude and the female who did my nails actually made them CROOKED and I was over-charged for a refill, so it was a nice change in atmosphere. Le did a superb job and actually was able to fix my nails in the short amount of time she could. I highly recommend these guys, they genuinely care about their customers and I will definitely be coming back. They deserve it! read more

I was blindly upcharged egregiously!!! I am so angry. My nails are beautiful but I'm offended that they saw me as a sheep and an opportunity to trick me out of my money.
