Phin did a great job on my nails! I bring in my own dip powder. She was very precise and detail oriented. She really made sure my nails looked amazing! I did break a nail a few days later and she easily had me come in and fix it, looks good as new! Both me and my mom come here. read more

I went to this salon on whim I asked if they do nail dip. The girl gave me a sample of their available colors. There was not that much to choose from but I managed to pick a color... it took at least 20 -30mins for to her to come back to me. and said she could not validate the color that was on the sample was the color in the jar... I have never heard of anything like this before...normally the numbers on the sample match what's on the jar... Then after she saw the disappointment on my face;she asked if I wanted a pedicure instead....I just left with disbelief of what just transpired. I think god was telling me to get out of there quickly! read more

Salon isn't clean. They reuse their tools and got mad at me when I asked for sterile tools.. when doing my nails she didn't even put a towel down or anything. Won't be returning. Not worth the risk. read more

I think its time for an update review for this nail salon. Ive been a frequent client for the last 2 years because the quality of service is consistent and worth coming for. I'm happy to keep coming back to Tina, she is the owner of the salon and she runs her own show and does it right!! This isn't your typical fast moving salon where you have 30 girls working getting people in and out. This is a very personable salon with Tina and 1 or 2 other girls working at most. The first thing people say when they walk in is "Hi Tina!!" And she nows everyone by name. The salon is completely remodeled from flooring and walls, to the large flat screen TVs.. She still plays the RomCom movies which are always entertaining while you wait for your nails to dry. I just moved out of NJ but I really love this place. And I'll always keep coming as long as she is here when I'm in town. I recommend making an appt or calling ahead before you go in. That's what I always do and it seems like most people do the same. read more

They were terrible, unprofessional and did a horrible job on the design that I drive 40 minutes to get based on their Instagram posts. The girl who did design just didn't care, she rushed through and just jumped up and said she had to go. The girl who painted my nails was on the phone and complaining she was tired and wanted to go home. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money for a design here. I was extremely dissapointed. read more

I so enjoy this nail salon very much. I never feel like I am being rushed. They talk to me ask me about my family. Makes me feel like I am right at home. Very personable and nice. Rude service. Didn't even do a good job on the polish change. She prayed my feet with water and then didn't put lotion. Just because I'm not white doesn't mean I want my feet to look ashy after get a polish change. Don't recommended! read more

Tina and Jane are sweethearts. Got a french mani pedi for $45 today (standard $35 for regular) and they use the old brush technique, love! Don't let the exterior fool you. Service was fast and pleasant. They also turned on a movie for me to watch while my nails were drying. So glad I won't have to trek all the way to Philly now! read more

I was visiting family and needed a manicure terribly before the holiday, so based on the previous good reviews I stopped by Unique. The ladies working there were super friendly as previously noted, and I really liked that they were playing a comedy on their big screen! However, I'm giving it three stars because my manicure was really average at best. The polish job was uneven and messy; there was nail polish on my skin and in my cuticles, and there were gaps on some nails on the sides. It definitely doesn't look like a professional did it; could have done it myself at home. There were only two ladies working and there seemed to be many appointments and walk-ins (makes sense the Sunday before Christmas), so my manicurist may have been in a rush. However, I was still disappointed to have average looking nails for the holiday week. The manicures are cheap, only $10, but in is case it wasn't a great deal. Maybe it would be better if you went during a down time! read more
