When I came in the atmosphere was delightful and Thomas worked absolute miracles. He was warm, professional, communicative, and whatever he did made my back stop hurting. I endured it until the end, but I found it extremely inappropriate. I don't understand why, as a paying customer, I'm expected to develop a so-called "FRIENDSHIP" that involves giving gifts or treating the staff to meals. It's ridiculous.
