I went to the Adirondack car wash to use the self service dog wash area. When I walked in, it was…read morerelatively clean and so that was a plus. You are able to use your bank/credit card, which is how I paid for my dog wash, so, with one swipe it charges you $10 for 10 minutes. I brought my own dog shampoo therefor I cannot tell you what their shampoo is like, or whether or not I like it because I used my own. I have a chocolate lab so he was relatively easy to walk up the ramp and into the tub. There is a tether so that my dog couldn't escape while I was bathing him. The water initially was kind of cold so I was concerned about that, but it did warm up nicely after about a minute. I was able to give my chocolate lab a mediocre bath but I went over my 10 minutes, the equipment will allow you to go to 15 minutes and charge you $15 before it shuts off automatically. I guess this is a good thing in case you forgot to turn it off, you won't get charged for anything over 15 minutes. So I had to swipe my credit card a second time so that I could finish rinsing the soap out of his hair and begin to dry him with their air dryer. They do have an air dryer with a relatively long hose, but the velocity that comes out of the air dryer is at a very, very low setting. So if you have a dog with an undercoat like a Labrador retriever as I do, 15 minutes will not even get close to drying his fur. I was charged for 2- 15 minute intervals at $15 each time and came home with a pretty wet dog. I think next time I will drive the extra 20 minutes and go try a different facility and hopefully can come home with a relatively dry dog. I'd be happier with spending $30 and using my own shampoo if at least he was clean and dry.

I always get the second cheapest wash because I don't want any of that wax on my coated car. This thing added a wax step even though I didn't pay for it. Thought maybe I hit wrong button but no. Find another car wash to get your car clean. Thins one leaves residue all over your car,…read moreespecially in the winter. I purchased the mid-grade (3 star) touchless carwash. It was pretty abysmal for the money. I've had better washes at a gas station. The amount of residue left on the car wash a bit stunning. Front and back windows looked particularly bad after the wash. I ended up purchasing some Windex Wipes to actually cut through the road grime and get the windows clean. I'm not convinced that it was any more than some fluffy cellulose and water applied to the vehicle. There is an under wash but I'm not sure that it was strong enough to do anything. Drying left way too much water on the car. Again, there are other automated washes that cost less that do a way better job. I used the 3rd bay coming into the car wash (the one next to the do it yourself stall). I doubt that the other two are any better but thought it was worth a mention. Too bad as I know that Connie Burton, the owner, is local. She's not doing anyone in Brattleboro any favors. Get your car washed over in Keene or down in Greenfield for less money and much better quality.

Here's a polished two-star review that keeps the tone fair and credible:…read more I was disappointed, especially for the nearly $50 I paid for the interior and exterior cleaning. They did a good job on the floor mats, but the rest of the vehicle was underwhelming. The interior and exterior just didn't look like they had received the level of attention I expected. There were still areas that looked untouched, and overall the car didn't have that "freshly cleaned" appearance. I've definitely received better results for less money at other car washes. If you're coming here, I'd recommend sticking with the basic exterior wash. In my experience, paying extra for the interior cleaning and other add-ons just wasn't worth the cost. This version is firm but measured, which tends to come across as more trustworthy in reviews.

I get the signature unlimited monthly service for $49.99 but when I go through it started saying Ultimate Unlimited. The price difference isn't crazy but it adds up over the course of a year AND, there is a difference in the treatments applied to my car during the wash that I wasn't getting. If the service isn't provided at each carwash then I feel my bill should be adjusted or at least the attendants should say so prior to my wash. I definitely feel cheated. I did contact customer service prior to me cancelling , they told me that I was probably seeing what the person behind me was getting on the screen. I was well aware of that possibility but to be 100% sure I kept going for another month and change and even had times I was the only one in line and still the same, PAY ATTENTION, I'm sure I can't be the only one. My washes were good, just wasn't getting what I paid for.
