Staff was great and even was so kind as to jumpstart my car when it died from my son listening to Blippi while I did the vacuuming and detailing. One thing to note, as I've seen in previous reviews around the vacuums - they were in working order and had great suction. In times past, if you let them know, they will check for blockages. The membership is a bit on the higher side, but this is likely due to so many locations that may or may not be owned by the same person. All in all will be back

He referred me to Sam Alden, who also acknowledged, upon reviewing video, that damage got worse after going through the car wash but was caused by high pressure wash. Funny how it only affected the area where I heard the loud noise. Nothing worse than a company that wont accept responsibility. Stay away at all costs. Lots of car washes out there.

The service manager told me I would need a complete whole new axle because the metal from the bearing that went bad went into my differential and ruined the other side of the axle as well. Making my axle seals leak .. told me it would cost $5000 than the part came in and they tried to charge me another 2000 for extra parts on top of it.. after telling me three different times that my part would be there the next day which lasted three weeks. finally, I had it towed to a reputable garage with real mechanics. He inspected the rear axle and told me I only needed to put a new wheel bearing in the right side and axle seals, he would flush out the old differential oil and put new differential oil in. I only had to pay $1400. Which proved to me that this company is full of complete scammers and idiot mechanics. So far my experience has been shared over 321 times online. Everybody should know that this company is the worst company to deal with. I'm thankful that my intuition told me to get it out of there. They are complete scammers and complete idiots.!!!

The young lady I just went through with, not just once, but twice, didn't run the top on my vehicle because I have permanent cross bars from the car factory. It's NOT a rack! If I had my rack up there for my SUP's it would make sense. So I went through a second time, because nothing was clean. The second time, 60% was clean. I'm glad I have a membership, because washing a car only on the sides is mis-service and should never cost full price. So if the employee only washes the sides, that means the front, back and top are not being washed. It was a big disappointment this morning. I usually get great service here though, so I remain with a 4 star instead of what they earned today, a 3 star.
