When I finally picked up my vehicle, it was immediately obvious the work was poor--peeling edges all over the car, visible seams, debris and contamination trapped under the film, and sloppy, unfinished edges and corners. I was told this was "normal" for satin PPF, which is simply not true. Multiple experienced professionals confirmed this level of workmanship is a major red flag and will likely lead to premature failure. Against my better judgment, I gave the owner a second chance to fix the issues. I returned the car with a detailed, professional list of concerns. When I received it back again, it was even worse--jagged cuts, visible damage to my paint, continued peeling, and overall careless workmanship. At that point, it became clear this was not a matter of minor defects--it was a complete lack of skill, care, and quality control. What makes this even more unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability. Not once did the owner apologize or take responsibility. Every interaction was handled over text--no phone call, no professionalism, no urgency to correct a nearly $10,000 job gone wrong. The only time I was offered any resolution was after I mentioned small claims court. At this point, I do not trust this shop to touch my vehicle again. I gave multiple opportunities to make this right, and each time the situation got worse. Now I'm left with a damaged wrap, potential paint damage, and the burden of fixing a job I already paid thousands for. This experience has been beyond frustrating--it's been devastating. Out of all the membership locations for Hoffman car wash, this is my very favorite, because here in…read morethe North, no one has anywhere to wash your vortex floor mats (no mat machines) - this place has a DIY self serve car wash that can be used for mat cleaning and has clips on the wall. Staff was great and even was so kind as to jumpstart my car when it died from my son listening to Blippi while I did the vacuuming and detailing. One thing to note, as I've seen in previous reviews around the vacuums - they were in working order and had great suction. In times past, if you let them know, they will check for blockages. The membership is a bit on the higher side, but this is likely due to so many locations that may or may not be owned by the same person. All in all will be back

He referred me to Sam Alden, who also acknowledged, upon reviewing video, that damage got worse after going through the car wash but was caused by high pressure wash. Funny how it only affected the area where I heard the loud noise. Nothing worse than a company that wont accept responsibility. Stay away at all costs. Lots of car washes out there.
