I was told this was "normal" for satin PPF, which is simply not true. Multiple experienced professionals confirmed this level of workmanship is a major red flag and will likely lead to premature failure. Against my better judgment, I gave the owner a second chance to fix the issues. I returned the car with a detailed, professional list of concerns. When I received it back again, it was even worse--jagged cuts, visible damage to my paint, continued peeling, and overall careless workmanship. At that point, it became clear this was not a matter of minor defects--it was a complete lack of skill, care, and quality control. What makes this even more unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability. Not once did the owner apologize or take responsibility. Every interaction was handled over text--no phone call, no professionalism, no urgency to correct a nearly $10,000 job gone wrong.
