He was meticulous in his work and devoted to making sure we were 100% satisfied before he left. I cannot express how thrilled we are with the results! Our car is gorgeous! The package we chose also included interior protection as well as glass. Alec is very pleasant to work with. He arrived when he said he would. The estimates he gave us for time and cost were accurate with no last minute surprises. He has several packages available and will work with the customer to make sure they get what best suits their needs. We highly recommend reaching out to Alec for your detailing needs!

I still have people asking where I take my car because their car wash doesn't look that good when it's done. My husband just scheduled an appointment to have his vehicle detailed next weekend. This place is not like we will do it for half the quality and half the price, but their estimate was still a good amount less. They told me 3 days but ended up being 4 days, no big deal because I wasn't in a rush. When I arrived on the fourth day, I got no change in price, no extra cost. All I got was the person making sure I loved how it turned out...I did! It looked great. I used them to repaint one of my Jeep doors and it looks straight from the factory. I will for sure be using this place again for anything else as they have earned my stamp of approval.

It was without a doubt the grossest thing I've ever had a dog do and I have had dogs all my life. I really couldn't imagine how it could be cleaned. I contacted Upstate Auto Detailing and Tucker agreed, for some reason, to take it on. He couldn't have been nicer, friendlier, or more professional. Because of the, um, "scope" of the problem I left it with him for 2 days (1 extra day to fully extinguish the odor) and just got home with a renewed car. I'm so relieved and very happy to know about him and his service. Thanks so much!

I stopped in an it was busy, and Randy took the time to come out and look quick at my back breaks. I asked if I could bring the car in, for the following day to repair. He stated yes. The following day, I checked in with his wife (I like a family business). I went to work. I guess things got hectic for the shop, but they handled it with grace. It was a Friday, and I was worried, they may not get to it. Randy's wife assured me; it would be all set by the end of the day. Randy stayed an extra hour and completed the job. It needed back breaks, rotors and calipers. Plus, I had one headlight out. It was completed and at what I believed a fair price. The car is running wonderful. Randy also made note of a few other items, for possible repair at another time. The place was clean, and the customer service was impeccable. I was nervous, because I hadn't gone to anyone up this way. I saw the yelp reviews that basically stated, what I am now. I will defiantly go back. I found them to be trustworthy, excellent work and fair priced (I am on a budget).

Not only did this place get me out of a bind, but they did great work and gave a fair price (which, in my experience, is very rare when one is an out-of-towner). Since then, I have recommended him to all of my fellow vacationers at my club in Essex County. HOWEVER: I returned today with brake issues and had a completely different experience, much more like what you would expect when you are up the creek without a paddle (i.e., when they don't see you as a prospect for future business). I guess all the friends I referred failed to drop my name! In any event, I am rescinding my recommendation after taking this bath. Hopefully, my previous super-positive review successfully deleted. My advice: don't drive past other mechanics to reach Viele's if you are in a bind. Expect that the price will suck, take your lumps, and move on. Be safe. No more reasonable prices for out-of-towners here. (Work was still sufficient on this hard-to-botch brake job, hence, I'll refrain from giving the lowest possible rating despite experiencing the lowest possible satisfaction.)
