They agreed to to do the work on my daughter's car for what the insurance was going to pay. When she dropped it off, someone went through the minor damage and gave an estimate nearly 3x what the adjuster said. That caused the car to be totaled for very minor damage and has now left her without a vehicle. Very dishonest & we feel scammed. They only get one star because I couldn't make it ZERO. read more

DO NOT USE! Total mess using them through Progressive. They fixed the cosmetic damage, but didn't even address the vibration we felt after the collision that I noted when I sent in the photos. We even brought it back to get it addressed and they misdiagnosed the issue again. Brought to dealership and it was clear what was wrong. They did exactly what Progressive quoted based on photos I took, didn't even diagnose the issue, just blamed a tire that wasn't directly involved in the wreck. Total scam. I was rear-ended and the right rear fender and bumper needed repair. I chose Unique as they were a shop recommended by Safeco my insurance. I sent an appointment. The repair was to take a little over a week. I brought it in on Monday. The parts were ordered the previous week. I was kept informed of the progress of the work by email and a telephone call on Tuesday and Thursday. The contacts were very pleasant. My truck was ready on Friday, ahead of schedule. I am very satisfied with the repair. All electronic sensors worked. The blending of the paint was such that newly painted surfaces were undetectable. All moldings were put back properly. I would recommend this shop and would use them again if the need arises. read more

Not only did they take in my car right away despite having a full shop, but they took less time than what was initially projected. The worst place I ever use. I took my Lexus to fix the back bumper. They didn't fix it at all. They damaged it and I had to go somewhere else and pay an extra $2,000. I highly recommend not going there. read more
