Upon leaving the shop, I noticed the vehicle's engine light was on, so I went to an auto parts store to pull the codes. Turns out the technician lost the stock air filter bolt and replaced it with a generic one without a proper washer and left the housing loose. I was able to turn both the original bolt and the replaced one without tools. I decided not to return, as I lost trust in the technician to handle things properly. Ended up ordering a set of replacement bolts and secured the air filter housing myself. Will not be returning to this establishment.

The mechanics are all very professional, yelling out what they're doing which I actually find comforting. I've read some other horror reviews about places like this and I like that I know and can see what they're doing! Prices are reasonable and they check tire pressure and wash windows at the same time, and you are offered a beverage in your car while you wait. It's better than having to drop my car off at a dealership and wait or leave it! Sometimes you get coupons in the mail, and I'm a secret cheapskate so it's definitely an incentive.

Late afternoon still haven't heard anything so I reached out and they said it was ready. Drove over to pick it up and my truck is sitting in the parking lot with the windows rolled down for some reason... it was a pretty day so I didn't make fuss about it, but found it somewhat disrespectful as my personal belongings were not secured and open in a public parking lot. Went to pay for the work and was told I didn't owe anything - was not given an explanation and assumed it's bc I bought a set of tires there last year - got in my truck and drove off and then noticed that the PSI in my tires were all different... they passenger rear tire that was 10 psi higher than the driver side seemed to have been the one that was patched but that was a clear indication that they did not rotate my tires. Upon inspection, they not only did not rotate my tires but they didn't even put the caps back on my passenger side tires. While my tire that was plugged is still keeping air, this whole experience was a dumpster fire and a waste of my time - I was willing and wanted to pay for good service but was told to go "have a nice day", which now seeing all subpar work, meant they didn't feel like doing quality work on a Sunday bc it got in the way of their wake and bake and having a leisurely shift. I brought the car to Deep South for a diagnosis. They did it quickly and were very available and friendly throughout the process. Turns out it was just a bad battery after all. Plenty of opportunity for them to find something else "wrong" with the car, but they didn't. And Roy charged me the cheapest diagnostic fee I've ever paid, by far.
