I recently purchased a new car and while I love the car, it is very low to the ground and the exhaust is noisy. For these reasons, I wanted to have the stuff installed that they put in luxury cars to make them quiet. They installed Dynamat for me and I am very happy with the results. Reviews on here is the first impression I got walking in there for the first time as well but being a business owner myself I said to myself be patient. I tell you what I'm glad I was. These guys know what they are doing and it's worth the wait. Go in and talk to Sean he will work with you and explain all they offer. He gave me a quote that was. " oh my god really" like expensive but yet worked with my budget and put in all premium equipment and was a super clean install in my 900 razor. This thing rocks and no problems. Took my car to UCA for suggestions on upgrading the stereo power and sound quality. Sean was very friendly and attentive to my concerns and needs. Took my jeep here after someone broke into it and had stolen my stereo. Was ignored for quite a while, then was finally helped. After choosing a stereo and waiting for the install, the installer told me I needed a bracket and a Torx screw driver that he didn't have. He told me I should be able to get the bracket from the dealer. I thought this all strange but went searching for the mysterious bracket anyway. I first went searching for the bracket, waited in line at the dealer for 15 min only to find out they show no such bracket in the manual. So off I got to purchase a torx screwdriver. I got back to the kid and told him about the bracket, he said forget it he'll figure something out. He also told me he didn't need the torx screwdriver either. Not happy, I waited for this half-wit to install my stereo. I got it back sounded ok but the head unit was loose and flopped around. You have been warned! read more

After talking to the sales guy, I was informed that there hasn't been a dash kit made for my car yet (as it was still very new.) I didn't want to wait a couple months for one to come out, so I took them up on their offer to custom fabricate one for me. When I went to go pick up the car, boy was I surprised. I've had just picked up a brand new Nissan Frontier Crew Cab truck and was looking for a new alarm for it. I also had some older audio gear that I needed removed from my old SUV and wanted installed in my Frontier. I checked out a couple different shops around the Valley to compare prices. I heard about Unique from a friend of mine and went down there to check it out. I got to talk with the owner Sean Warn for a bit. I was extremely impressed with his wide knowledge of alarms and car audio. He's a very friendly and just seems like an all around good guy. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into trying to make any type of purchase, like the other three (high end) shops I checked out prior to Unique had made me feel. I've been in car audio since 1995 and I used to do installations and do know quite a bit myself. I just figured that I'm getting to be too old to be crawling around under the dash of my new truck to install everything, so I just wanted to have a shop do it for me this time around. After talking to Sean and one of his install guys, Brian, I felt completely at ease turning my keys over to them and letting them work on my new baby. They were very friendly, listened to what I wanted, and provided top-notch service. I love my new 2-way Python alarm and it's remote start. Also my old system feels new again in the new Truck. They help restored everything back to factory on my old SUV and you'd never know there was a system in the SUV by looking at it. I was able to sell the old SUV without any issues.
