So now after 3 weeks and at least 2 days with the car out in the rain, I can say that they did a good job and no leaks so far. The owners were friendly and said I could bring it back anytime if there are any problems. The price was a little better than the other places in the area. A little hard to find the place; they are off of Washington Ave right by Columbus park. By the way, they also replaced the windshield on my previous car about 10 years ago and I had no problems with that either.

I made sure to be home at the time being that I was coming from work and I sat in my car for 2 hours waiting for them and they never showed. 12:30 they still didn't come they are calling me trying to confirm my address when that information was communicated the day prior. After so much delay making me late to other obligations I asked them to cancel as they had no regards to my time and no accountability. Things happen, delays happen but you have to communicate. They offered me a $25 discount which I thought was a slap in the face. I was about to spend $600. I told them to forget it, I was going to do business with them because I was referred to them but the experience was so bitter that I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. A lady calls me back asking me if I'm sure I want to cancel I said yes because they don't respect me nor my time. I informed her I will fix my window elsewhere. She refused to take accountability then tells me "f you b*tch". I hung up. I never rose my voice at her, I never cursed at her. It's pretty bold for them to call me to curse me out when they messed my whole day up due to their lack of professionalism.

IF YOU HAVE A TESLA, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE FOR GLASS REPLACEMENT…read more Their techs are nice, and professional, but they are not equipped with the tools or training to work on Teslas. Yes, they changed my broken side window, but were not equipped to disassemble the door and remove the broken glass -- so now I either have to ride around with a rattling door or go to the additional expense of having Tesla remove the broken glass (which would have been taken care of if I just let Tesla replace the glass). And ps, they didn't tell me this would be the situation until AFTER they replaced the glass.

Even though we had insurance coverage that mandated OEM for our Subaru, they incorrectly informed us that OEM wasn't available. So we went back again this morning at 9:05 AM and were told by Brett, Manager that he would have us out in about 2 hours. Almost 3 + hours later we did get our OEM windshield. Thanks for nothing and I'm not sure about value at the end of the day. We spent 3 days consumed dealing with this situation. That's not money well spent!

Fortunately I was available @ that time. The tech was friendly and was able to fix the chip in my windshield. Note that (just like all techs) they will not be able to totally remove the chip (so it will be slightly visible). However, it should not deteriorate further into a crack. The tech did explain this in advance. I'm not sure how much repair typically costs, but did think that the price was fairly reasonable. I would not hestitate to use them again.

The technician came back to "reseal" it, but the issue was clearly not resolved. Shortly after, my vehicle suffered significant electrical damage. The dealership confirmed that water intrusion from the improperly installed windshield caused failure of the fuse block and body control module, resulting in over $4,000 in repairs. My insurance company, NJM, recommended Coury's as one of their preferred auto body shops. I just received my car back yesterday, May 10th. They had my car for 52 days. That is correct... 52 days. I would call weekly to ask when it would be done and received the same answer multiple times... we are waiting on a part. Then I was told the part was back ordered. (this is a Mazda CX5.. popular car) The last call I made was about 12 days before I got it back. I was told the part came in bent so they had to order another. I complained that my car rental was no longer covered by insurance at that point so they did agree to pay it moving forward which they did. When I picked up the car yesterday, there was glue on the back inside of the car. I had a guy remove it. The outside and inside were covered in dust and it smelled like paint fumes inside. I had to get to work so I drove off. I then noticed this white glue or paint on the steering wheel and I also noticed my gas tank was completely empty. Not even one bar on the gauge. I actually sputtered into the closest gas station to fill up. After work, I returned to have them get the white marks off of my steering wheel. While an employee was doing so, I ran into Mr. Coury. I told him about the empty tank and he insisted they did not drive it anywhere but the car was started multiple times. I also mentioned how dirty the car was so he went over and assisted the employee in cleaning up the inside of my car. I believe the story about the gas. My issue is this... I have been in customer service since I was 15 years old. I know how to make a customer satisfied. Keeping my car for 52 days then returning it on dead empty and dirty inside and out is not the way to keep customers. The bill for my car was around $9800. Labor was a good part of it. I think the least they could have done is give it to me with a full tank of gas and cleaned up. Instead I got a box of cheap candy and a pen. If, by chance, I am that unfortunate to be in another accident that requires body work, you can bet that I will be taking my car elsewhere.
