What arrived had the same individual flowers, but none of the artistry or structure from the online photo. It was flat and loosely arranged where the picture showed a tall, sculpted design. I reached out afterward to flag the difference and never got a response. For the price and the amount of care and advance planning I put into this, I expected either the arrangement I ordered or at least some acknowledgment when it wasn't right.
