I am giving a 1 star because even though I knew there had to be a variation in flowers and arrangement the arrangement that was delivered was very disappointing. I didn't do 1800 florists because they usually end up like this and called directly from the businesses website! I looked at arrangements on their facebook and they looked rather nice. This looks like something I could get at the grocery store if even that good. I called the owner to express my concern. He got on the phone and actually said " what do you want me to do, I personally delivered it myself and it was fine!" If you compare the two pictures the one I got was definitely not a $75.00 arrangement! I should have just called rooster vane like I normally do i stead of using this business. I just wanted the owner to make it right, wasn't about getting my money back. I hope in the future this does not happen to anyone else. It is disappointing when you are sending it to someone to brighten their day and the person designing it could have cared less.

Jamie, the shop owner, got back to me within what seems to be minutes after hearing my message. He was understanding and apologetic, and offered me a complete refund on my order as a remedy. A wonderful young man came out to see if I needed anything and was very knowledgeable about trees and all things gardening. He was an ideal business person and I am looking forward to returning today with pics of my tree so he can help me identify what it is and help with companion planting. As I wandered other areas like their green house and market, other associates were super friendly and also very helpful. The lovely aromas of fresh produce and baked goods coming from their shop was so tempting! I resisted but plan on picking up a pie today when I return.
