I booked a room months in advance, for 2 nights and upon arrival had my credit card swiped for $164, which I signed. After my visit, I noticed I was charged twice, totaling $328. I called, expecting it to be an easy fix. But to my shock, they refuse to correct it, claiming they charged for each night separately and couldn't find me to sign for another credit card transaction. I'm now fighting it with my credit card company and will look into reporting them to the better business bureau. I certainly would not have booked these rooms at this price! If you book here, be very careful with the charges as I see I'm not the only one that's had an issue.

We chose the Inn because it is pet friendly, but as it turns out, it is also quite a nice diamond in the (rural) rough of the Hwy 50 Nevada desert route. The rooms are slightly larger than current conventional hotels (maybe 300 sq ft?), clean, and reflect a past western era. The hotel is very well maintained, has a laundry, and a small fitness area. Walking of pets can be done behind the Inn along a back street. They offer a complimentary breakfast. For lunch or dinner, this small (~450 population) town has a few eateries to choose from. I would recommend you ask the hotel Mgr for suggestions (we did not have time to visit any of them).
