YOU CAN'T get anyone to return a call left 3 messages in one week, they promise to call back but no one does. Daughter has lived here for 2 years. The apartments are nice, I will give you that, but here are some of the bigger issues. Cameras not where they need to be someone broke into daughter's car in covered parking and was stolen. No camera, there should be in garage. We have NEVER been late 1 day on rent after 2 years. You always pay utilities one month in arrears as that's how they receive the bills. So when I go to pay July rent, I would be paying July rent and the Utilites bill for May, they now want us to pay June and July Utilites even though June and July haven't finished or been here yet. I don't believe in paying for things in advance. All I am looking to do is discuss it and management will not call back. When you ask for corporate phone number, they say they don't have it and so can't give you a phone number for upper management. Also, in a 3-bedroom apartment when someone moves out Managment puts an individual in there without even asking if you have someone that might want to move in. Unprofessional front desk workers, I regret living here. They double charged me for renters insurance for months, and when I first moved in (2 hours after move-in time started) they claimed they had ran out of parking passes. Apartments look nice but appliances break very easily and maintenance takes up to a month to come. Please don't live here! read more

Do not live here if you can avoid it. They are charging outrageous prices for these apartments, the amenities aren't very good, and the management is awful. The units themselves are fine, classic rushed construction but that is almost expected. They have amenities, but the gym has almost no useful weightlifting equipment and the pool is dangerously slick, there is always glass in the pool, and they are often closed, so they definitely aren't much of a draw beyond a dazzling image for their website. When residents began to use the pool early in the summer, they closed the pool and sent out a passive-aggressive email (one of many) to their residents regarding new rules including limiting guests at the pool and hours of usage, almost as if they were punishing toddlers. They were threatening eviction because people were using the pool in an expected way, and punishing a whole building of residents for the actions of a few. The grills at the pool do not work and the whole "food prep" area is filthy, mold was growing in the outdoor fridge. The people in the front office give you answers just to get you out of the office faster, and they are inconsistent in almost every answer. They have NO guest parking and will tow you or your guests cars within minutes. On top of this, they have told residents that there are no more parking passes available, despite droves of perpetually empty parking spaces. These residents are advised to get a CSU parking pass for Moby Arena across the street (for 700$), which is closed on game days. So when game days come around you can either get ticketed and towed from CSU, towed from Union, or park very far away from your apartment. They sent another passive-aggressive email to residents regarding the "retail" parking spaces-- the spaces reserved for the empty, unopened retail spaces attached to the building. They tow cars from these spaces very swiftly, but these rules appear to not apply to those who work in the office, as I have noticed front office workers parking their cars in these spaces. There is no loading zone, so if you don't have a parking pass you get to carry your groceries from wherever it is that you parked your car or rush out to your car after bringing your groceries in, hoping to not find a tow truck. There were numerous vehicle break-ins in their parking garage. Their response to this was a brief email, and for a few weeks hiring security guards to do nothing but smoke cigarettes all night. The break-ins continued despite the guards (shocker). Bikes frequently get stolen from the bike-storage area and bike racks surrounding the building. Despite crimes occurring in their garage, they do not review the camera footage and have so many blind spots in the garage that they are essentially useless. read more

Decent enough apartment. Nice amenities like a pool and gym. Otherwise disappointing. I went to help my daughter move out. She was left to clean out her entire apartment as her roommates left weeks ahead of her. The rental office gave completely different information every time we talked with them about what her responsibilities were. While I stayed with her I noticed the signage to guide you places within the building was ambit and difficult to follow-or inaccurate. At one point I grabbed some coffee and thought it might be nice to enjoy by the pool. I spent about 10 minutes finding the pool-then got to one entrance and found a sign that said go to the clubhouse entrance. I walked another 5-10 minutes looking for that-found it then saw another sign that said you need to get a wristband from the office. Lol. There are no dollys or carts but the hallways are long and difficult to get stuff from place to place. They require you to entirely clear the apartment but don't empty the trash containers. Honestly... if you're wanting a great college apartment experience just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Staff is unreliable and just tell you things to get you out of the office faster. Cheap furniture and appliances break extremely easy! Myself and my roommates were the first ones to live in the unit and things fell apart so easy... maintenance didn't help us out with broken appliances or furniture in a timely manner either so it was a lose lose. The staff treated myself and my roommates who are in our twenties I may add, as children who are apparently unable to understand basic information. Parking is almost $100 dollars and rent is SO high for the quality of the unit and staff treatment. read more

The staff made living here awful. The staff always seems disorganized and never gives us accurate information. The amenities seem to always be broken despite how much we pay for them. For example, one time, glass was broken in the pool, so the whole entire rooftop was shut down for a week or so when it could've taken a day or two to fix. Our dryer was broken for 6 weeks, our ceiling has leaked twice, and the whole apartment complex flooded once. Every time there is an emergency evacuation, we are never updated by the staff on what happened or if it is safe to come back. It seems like we are constantly left in the dark. The office staff consistently treats us like children and continues to screw us over. It blows my mind how irresponsible this place is. read more

The apartment management is absolutely unresponsive. We and our legally approved sub tenant have been waiting since August 2021, it is now February 2022, for our security deposit. They have excuse after excuse of why they cannot get us the $1,500 check. My sub tenant is now having to pay me out of her pocket for this amount as I lent it to her to make her life easier with her school expense. I am enraged! A young lady should never need to take on a monthly obligation that a management company is not performing. It is illegal to hold a security deposit past 30 days once, after 60 they can be sued. It is not an issue of cleanliness that was all approved in August. To me it is border line fraud. We spoke to Greystar, the overall management company, and they have not done a thing either except fail to meet their promise of delivering a check months ago. read more

Tacky, overpriced, poor accommodation. From a distance, the apartments seem bougie but up close you can tell all the building materials and appliances are of the poorest quality. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. You're better off splitting rent amongst friends or strangers in one of the many great homes for rent. Staff if nice enough, but it's easy to notice most have no experience running a place like this. Just a gross and boring place overall. read more

this place is actual trash. the staff can never have it together and any information you ask them, you cannot depend on if it's true or not. then when you follow through with the information they gave you, they'll switch it up last minute and screw you over. the place is literally falling apart despite it only being a year old??? and they cant take the simplest of requests without making almost impossible to get. it's like you gotta do their job for them. not to mention the amenities are either always broken or somehow closed regardless of the " official closing time". last week there was a bike lock on the emergency exit gate from the pool. and to screw me over one last time, i turned in my keys to let my sublet move in, they lost the keys and told her that I NEVER TURNED THEM IN regardless of me signing a document in front of about 8 of the employees saying i did. My sublet couldnt move in and she got mad at me because they decided to blame me and cover their own asses instead of maybe for once having their s**t together or having decent communication throughout the staff. i'm seeing 5 star reviews being made by the STAFF. probably to bump up what would be their real rating and hide the real reviews talking about how messed up it is here. quite literally SCREW THIS PLACE. read more

Ah yes, I can FINALLY write a honest review of this place without fear of being further harassed and extorted by employees and upper management of this horrible, horrible joke of a complex. Let me start by saying that the units are incredibly overpriced and parking is ATROCIOUS. The parking garage is designed so poorly that there is a blind corner every time you turn and kids love to fly up and down it recklessly. I've had many close calls due to people speeding and cutting corners quickly. Even worse than the facility itself is the management. Sydney Baker and Kelsea Steffens are the "managers" and Luanne Randell is the "Senior community manager" and ALL are incredibly unprofessional and unqualified. To paint a better picture for you, I was once charged with a $150 fine for using the pool DURING NORMAL OPERATION HOURS when there was NO SIGN UP saying it was closed. Their defense was that they sent an email on Saturday stating it was closed among a list of other remarks. No subject line stating "pool closed", rather it was a tiny part of a big paragraph that had a bunch of useless information such as how to "Spring Clean". Furthermore, I used the pool the next day, on Sunday. I am really expected to check my email constantly on the weekends and every time before I use an amenity? I thought this was absolutely unacceptable and that a warning, if anything, would be more appropriate, so, I went down to the office to have a civilized discussion. When I was waiting in the office to speak to someone (who I could hear In the back just joking around for nearly 10 minutes) the front desk employee was unforgiving and told me I had to discuss this with a manager. Sydney baker (who also worked at my old complex, Stadium Apartments, but left because she was so rude and stuck up that everyone including the staff disliked her) came out and said abruptly without a "hello" or a "want to come into my office first?", that "The fine will not be dropped, there will be no discussion about it further." But we never discussed it, she didn't even give me the chance to speak a single word!!! As a result of this neglect and lack of professionalism , I stood up and said "sh*t service" and left. 5 minutes later I get a call from the other "manager" Kelsea saying that I was to be EVICTED if I displayed that "sort of behavior again". Excuse me??? I got a $150 fine for using a amenity that is supposed to be included with my ridiculous $1000 rent and is only open a quarter of the time and no one will even speak with me about it?!?! What kind of customer service is that? I called Kelsea and told her that I wanted to speak to someone higher up in management and that's when she put me in contact with Luanne Randell. Luanne and I talked on the phone and I expressed my concern for the inappropriate fine and the poor management/threat to be evicted. She said "mhm, sure, mhm sureee" the entire conversation basically mocking me, then said that she was currently watching a video of me at 3 AM jumping the emergency exit and entering the pool, oh and that the security guards also saw me that night too. I was completely baffled. I explained to her that there was no way that could've been me because I was asleep at that time. She replied with "mhm well we have Snapchat and cameras and can check your key for entry and exit times" and I told her PLEASE DO because then you'll see that I am telling the complete truth. She said she would get back to me by Monday (it was Friday). Monday rolls around, nothing. Tuesday, still nothing, no answering of my calls either. Wednesday, nothing until the very end of the day when I got a voicemail from her quickly saying "the charges have been dropped, you'll just have a lease warning now." No apology for harassing me and misidentifying me, nothing. This is supposed to be the senior manager? What a joke! No wonder her employees taunt residents and treat them awfully, because she does the exact same thing. Don't trust someone whose professional LinkIn photo is a Snapchat filter.
