Lots of maintenance, leaking ceiling during move in day, water heater didn't work. Bedrooms are solid. Outdated appliances.

It's alright. Rooms are decent and rent is cheap. Laundry isn't included which is a bummer.

Their roommates had a cat and dog, it was an unacceptable situation. They moved them to another apartment in the first building and sent me a notice 2 weeks later her rent was not paid. She would not have been given her key if it was not paid however someone applied her rent to the old apartment. Once I got that straightened out I realized they applied a damage waiver to her new apartment. I supplied them with insurance documentation for the old apartment however they never applied it to the new apartment. Just had to go in and resubmit it for the new apartment. Why they couldn't transfer it to the new apartment is beyond me. The mail/package situation is terrible. The place is run by a bunch of kids who can't seem to get anything right. The reviews for this place are terrible and now I realize why. It's not just a few disgruntled commenters, the place is a complete circus.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is a slumlord property and is…read morewildly overpriced for the condition of the units and the level of management. Most of the office staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, with the only exception being a couple of employees. Throughout my time living here, I experienced constant issues that were either ignored or handled poorly. In the span of one year: - My washing machine broke twice - My dishwasher was broken for nearly three months before being addressed - My toilet and sink broke - The microwave, refrigerator, and other appliances would shut off because the electrical system could not handle the appliances they provided Because of the electrical issues, we came home from trips multiple times to find the refrigerator had shut off, causing all of our food to spoil. We were forced to throw away hundreds to thousands of dollars worth of groceries. Management replaced the refrigerator, but the same issue continued, and nothing further was done. When I moved to a different unit within the same complex, the apartment was never cleaned before move-in. There were dog feces stains, and the unit smelled strongly of urine and feces. Management either refused to clean it or gave me an attitude when I asked. Additionally, there appear to be hidden or unexplained fees. My base rent was around $1,200, yet I regularly paid close to $1,500 per month. I escalated my concerns to corporate headquarters in Georgia, was told someone would follow up, and never heard back. This property is not worth the money, the management is unprofessional, and the living conditions are unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs…read more Poor business practices have led to a seemingly never ending mountain of problems, largest of which is the complete lack of honesty. I was promised upon signing a lease that there would be a parking lot within 5 minutes provided. Supposedly CSU pulled the rug out from under them on their parking plans. Problem with that "get away from me" response is, CSU is NOT 5 minutes away. It's closer to 20. Had this been the offer at lease signing, I would not have signed. But the promise was made, and the trend of saying something to appease the current situation began. I was told I would be found a place to park for the night of move in. I was directed to a lot that was not legal to park in, and was fortunate that my car did not get towed. I was promised a phone call to right the situation. That call never came ("You have to push us" - very promising, and impossible for someone in a serious schooling program). I've been told the Discount Tire lot is their next big stop gap (though I'm not included on that list, despite it all) - no work has been done on the lot for the last week, if at all. Very big priority, clearly. The dog and pony show doesn't work well for someone who's car came from 1000 miles away. I've been told everything from "park at a friend's house," "risk parking at CSU overnight," to "park at this church." The aforementioned church, is a 20 minute walk (If you are a trained runner, I suppose) in nice weather, and is a run down vagrant haven. Bottom line - they will tell you what you want to hear to get your money and get you to leave them alone after that. They will also fail to mention the smoking in stairways, the daily fire alarms going off, the rarely-delivered on amenities (multiple WEEKS to set up a printer? Really?), and so much more. Such a shame - if only some proper planning had been put in place, it would all be so doable. Or maybe if you major in basketweaving (or apparently business, guess that is pretty simple stuff.)

Pool is out of commission every summer then magically works before move-in. Staff is extremely friendly and kind, fun events. Terrible upper management, very money hungry, and unaccommodating. Had an infestation in my apartment and you need to push for anything to actually get done, very little sympathy. Better places to live, but okay if you're desperate/do not care about comfortability.

I live here currently with my roommate and our two dogs. We chose this place for their dog friendly…read morepolicy and also for the promise that they enforce dogs being on leash as my dog is reactive and aggressive with other dogs. There are dogs off leash almost daily. The same people every time, and I've called the front desk close to 10x, called corporate (no response) and finally resorted to animal control. The most we've gotten is an email to everyone saying "just a friendly reminder to keep your dogs on leash." Tonight my dog almost got charged by a large dog who the owner had no control of. Luckily he was able to grab his dog as it was running up us. But he then let the dog go and it immediately ran up to my roommates dog. Then not even a minute later another person comes outside with her dog offleash and it immediately runs up to the other offleash dog. Luckily no one was injured but this is a never ending problem for us. I am extremely frustrated with this as it is a serious safety concern. There are countless other times of people having their dogs offleash and maintenance driving/walking right by and saying nothing. DO NOT live here if you have a dog who doesn't do well with other dogs. You will be checking every corner when you take your dog out. That's only one problem though. The cleanliness and quality of furniture of our apartment when we moved in was unacceptable. Our couches were completely destroyed by cats and who knows what else and the couches gave us rashes because we are allergic to cats. It took them 3 months to replace them and only got replaced when someone from maintenance saw how bad they were and put in their word. I would not recommend living here to anyone.
