I've used them four times for PHL (Airport) transport and service has been reliable, prompt, and worth the extra $$ over Uber or Lyft. The driver has always been at my condo 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup for early morning departure. Last Saturday we came back to PHL (1/14/22) from Palm Beach, Fl around 5:15 pm. The driver called and texted us to let us know he was waiting in a White Lincoln, clear instructions of meeting place, and we found his car as soon as we left the terminal. Looks as though a cab was my only option. Since I wasn't sure on rates, I had seen (on another hotels site) that it was a flat $28.50 to go to the airport, but after calling 215getacab, the dispatcher quoted $32 give or take. He could have been more helpful, but technically he did answer my main question. As for the information online, I didn't know what an egress fee was, or information about the meters, etc. for this specific trip, so I just bit the bullet and managed to get one from my hotel. There is a hotel fee for about $3 which isn't terrible, but now I can see why people go around the corner to hail a cab themselves to avoid the fee. Kwame was my cab driver, and he was cool. We talked a little but mostly had the ride in silence which was fine with me. He did start the meter by accident, but I was charged a lesser fee once we arrived. I felt the trip was shorter than expected, as it's been so long since I've taken a lot of these roads, especially to the airport. Once we arrived, Kwame was kind to carry my bag to the curb under the overpass so it would stay out of the rain. I know some people had negative experiences here, but I'm pleased to say mine was the opposite. Thanks to Kwame and 215 for getting me safely to where I needed to go!

The dispatcher called me back immediately after I left a message with the company, and was friendly and helpful in coordinating travel details for an airport pickup for my parents, who are... not technology friendly. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Uber Courier…read more When I arranged this delivery, I provided clear and specific instructions through the app. I included the recipient's name and telephone number, the company name, and the exact suite number. I also selected the appropriate delivery option. I did not authorize the package to simply be left outside the building. The driver called me when they arrived for the pickup, so I had no reason to think there would be a problem with the delivery. When the driver called at the drop-off, I sent a message through the app explaining exactly where to go, including the company and suite number, and provided the contact information that had already been included with the delivery instructions. Instead of following those instructions or attempting to contact the recipient, the driver left my client's package on the floor between the front and lobby doors. They apparently did not even go inside the building. This put me in an extremely embarrassing position with my client. I arranged this delivery through Uber because I trusted that the instructions I provided would be followed. Instead, I was left looking completely unprofessional because the package was simply abandoned in an inappropriate location. What made the situation even more frustrating was Uber's response when I complained. I went through their complaint process and was initially offered a refund, only to subsequently be told that Uber could not provide one. This is also not the first time I have experienced problems with Uber's handling of an issue. At some point, Uber needs to recognize that there are actual customers on the other end of these deliveries who are trusting the company to provide a service and then trusting customer support to address problems when that service fails. I am extremely disappointed--not only with how this delivery was handled, but with how Uber handled my complaint afterward. My client was unhappy, I was unhappy, and Uber ultimately did nothing meaningful to resolve the situation.
