Excellent service and great rate! The driver was on time and friendly. The car was clean and comfortable.

Nothing short of 5 stars. John went above and beyond with our pickup which included loading heavy luggage and with the long ride was nothing but positive and polite. This is our 3 time using them. Very honest and transparent company. Highly recommend. read more

My friend stopped driving a couple years ago when he turned 85 and has been using Best Taxi, and recommended them to me last month. I've used them four times for PHL (Airport) transport and service has been reliable, prompt, and worth the extra $$ over Uber or Lyft. The driver has always been at my condo 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup for early morning departure. Last Saturday we came back to PHL (1/14/22) from Palm Beach, Fl around 5:15 pm. The driver called and texted us to let us know he was waiting in a White Lincoln, clear instructions of meeting place, and we found his car as soon as we left the terminal. It was freezing Saturday night and we probably would have still been waiting for Uber by the time we got home. Excellent reliable service read more

Garry's taxi service is misnamed. It should be called "The Very Best Taxi, Inc." My brother and I used his service exclusively over a period of two weeks while my brother was receiving medical treatment. Garry's service was dependable and always got us to our appointments on time. Garry is very personable and very often he would pick us up himself when his other drivers were busy handling other customers. I highly recommend his taxi company to anyone seeking car service in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area. read more

Best Taxi is the ABSOLUTE BEST & MOST RELIABLE taxi service !!! Always on time polite & courteous drivers!!! Wouldn't use ANY OTHER taxi Service THANK YOU for all you do !!! read more

I called to request a taxi from pennsauken which is literally right next to cherry hill. Instead of allowing me to ask questions such as how long for an arrival etc they cut me off and told me to try a different cab service! Unbelievable. I have never heard of anyone turning down money especially during this time we are in with COVID. I just need uber and lyft drivers to get back to work. read more

This service is unreliable, I will not call them again. I called to reserve a cab to arrive in one hour and gave my information, and the reservation was confirmed. When the cab was a few minutes late I called back to verify my reservation and was told the driver would pick me up momentarily, he did not, and I missed my class as was too late for me to make other arrangements. If you need dependable transportation, do not call Cherry Hill Best Taxi. read more

This taxi service has proven to be very personable, professional and reliable. Dave always answers my call in a timely manner and if he is unavailable, he sends another driver who is just as reliable. Very timely service! read more

I'm downgrading this one a bit. Service is still timely and generally fine, but my last couple of drivers were a bit weird. One spent a good ten minutes telling me about how he avoids paying child support by taking under the table jobs...that's just not appropriate. Another tried to convince me to start looking into various holistic health cures. They were both very friendly, but I was just not looking for that kind of engagement. read more

I am 350 miles away from my Mom. I arranged a ride for her for an appointment. The dispatcher was friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Carl got my Mom to her appointment very promptly and Al returned my Mom home safe and sound. Both gentlemen were patient, courteous (walking Mom to the car and to the door) and extremely professional. My mom had high praises. Best Taxi is in my cell contacts now and I will use their service again without hesitation. Thank you Carl and Al!! read more

This taxi service SUCKS. I commut from fishtown in Philly to Cherry Hill every day. Usually I take the patco and bike but it was particularly hot and I was running a bit late so I called this cab service while I was waiting for the el train IN PHILLY. I said I'd be at the westmont station on 25 minutea, he said he would be there waiting. 50 minutes later he showed up after me calling 3 times asking where he was. His reply "only a few minutes away". Thanks for making me extra late and not apologizing. I was better of biking and sweating. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I scheduled a car service to the airport, confirmed, but the day of they never showed up. I called the dispatcher and was told we somehow weren't even on the calendar. Completely unreliable, you cannot trust this service. read more

Have used several times for very early morning pickups and they have always been prompt, on time, reliable and affordable. Will definitely make this my go taxi for the area. read more

This service is horrible!!!! We were stranded on New Years Eve . We reserve this taxi service for New Years Eve for 4 of us from Delaware Ave to New Jersey a week in advance. They said tell us what time you want to be pick up and we will be there around 15 to 20 min around that time. We told them to pick us up at 12:45 and we called them at that time and they said they were on their way. We kept calling the rest of the night and they still kept saying they were on there way and to Give them 20 minutes. A few times we called noone pick up the phone so we left a message. SO 2 hrs later we were still waiting for them to pick us up. They are unreliable and should be ashamed of themselves!!! So the beginning of the New Year was a disaster. If they couldn't pick us up they should of told us instead of them telliing us they were be there. When we called the next day they said there must of been problems with the dispatch of cars.. That is no excuse for a taxi service!!! read more

Great taxi service. Cars are always clean and the drivers are professional. Have used them doctor visits and were always on time.. Just recently used them for PHL airport delivery and pick up. On time and helped us with our bag. Very good price, Less expensive to use them vs. airport parking. read more

My daughter in law uses this company frequently. On this particular day, she called for a cab but then a family member arrived home earlier than expected and said that she would be able to provide the short ride she needed. She called the Cherry Hill Best Taxi service to let them know 20 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival that she no longer needed the cab (It would not have taken them 20 minutes to get here). The owner of the company berated her and YELLED at her, telling her that it was unethical and that she was being selfish, and went on like that for about 15 seconds, until finally she just accepted the fact that she would be taking the cab for the less-than-mile ride. They were extremely rude to her, and it's not like she ever cancelled on them before. The owner was a real jerk to her on the phone. If you decide to use this company, you should know the element with whom you are doing business. read more

We use best taxi all the time from the bar. They are dependable and the towncars are really nice

Great service! We went into the city for a girls night out and had a great driver he showed up a few minutes early but didnt get mad when we made him wait 10 minutes past our pick up time. Our driver Ray knew where he was going and had us all laughing on the way. He also arranged our ride home and was exactly where he said he would be. I will be using best taxi again for sure. read more
