I've used them four times for PHL (Airport) transport and service has been reliable, prompt, and worth the extra $$ over Uber or Lyft. The driver has always been at my condo 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup for early morning departure. Last Saturday we came back to PHL (1/14/22) from Palm Beach, Fl around 5:15 pm. The driver called and texted us to let us know he was waiting in a White Lincoln, clear instructions of meeting place, and we found his car as soon as we left the terminal. I have taken lots of cabs everywhere else in the country and this would usually MORE than cover a trip under 5 mile (with tip). When I told him my address, the cab driver cited "road construction" and took a roundabout route to my destination, managing to somehow rack up a $31 fare on a 5 mile trip! I was able to scrounge the change from the bottom of my purse to make up the difference in the fare, but did not have so much as a dime left to tip him. I was going to a job interview so I also didn't want to make a scene, or tell him to pull over or I'd be late. I live in the area and checked online after my interview- No surpise, there was no construction on the roads he avoided! So rather than give them any more business, I walked to a nearby diner to grab a coffee and called my fiance for a ride home instead. Terrible. They speak of their competitors above, (which I wasn't aware existed), so I'd love to have their phone numbers! Extremely overpriced with sketchy business practices.

But last night, my girlfriend and I needed a safe ride after a night out. So I called the cab company and they sent one out at 3 am. Deptford and Woodbury are next to each other and should have cost $15 max. The driver, thinking we were drunk, went around every side road and tried to charge us $43. I insisted on paying only $35 since I knew he was being dishonest and even then it was too much. So I called the operator and explained the situation and he gave me a $7 credit on the next ride. Half an hour later, I called again to get a ride home from the diner, they then told me that they did not have any cars. I called BS but there's nothing I can do. AVOID THIS CHEATING COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! Obviously, taking advantage of innocent customers is what they're good at.
