It's really sad i reached out to the 76 gas station about a week ago, filed a complaint with the 800 number and was told the owner of the location would return my call within 48 hours. This was the Friday before Memorial Day. I didn't expect a call on the holiday but the next business day. This is not a good way to do business when your car wash caused damage to my vehicle. I will never patronize them again. I will also be following up with the customer service. read more

Awful location. Dirty. In the middle of nowhere can barely access it without going through 400 residential areas with signs that say you can't move more than 10 miles an hour. Horrible. read more

Older type of car wash machine. I can tell because the tunnel isn't deep, and you don't put your car on neutral and have your vehicle be carried through the experience, instead on break/ stop. In the end, during hours with a worker there, he wipes excess water off your car's body and tires. I almost forgot to close my rearview mirrors before entering--no bathrooms for customers on-site which is a con. As you may expect $1 more for all car washes for non gas customers. read more

Hands down best drive thru car wash i've ever been to. Bought the $10.99 wash and a kind worker sat for 10 minutes hand drying my entire car and spraying/wiping down my rims after. Highly recommend. read more

Very clean and complete gas station. Came for a pit stop, but had to leave a review of how clean and efficient this station is. Hand sanitizers and napkin dispensers at every row, pink flowers landscaping, and a pump that gives the receipt without causing issues. Bravo to the owner. 5 stars is for the car wash. We didn't get gas and it was our first time here ever. I don't think I've ever been to one that has a car was attendant (certain times only) available to wipe down your car. Most of them where I use to live all need to be repaired/maintained badly or torn down, I don't think I was lucky to get a clean car driving through one ever. Well you can tell this one's fairly new or they just really take good care by maintaining it properly. I'm glad we saw this, as nowadays you just don't see many of these Gas/Car Wash facilities hardly anymore. Sometimes you just don't want to go to a full service car wash, stand around waiting and/or the car wash places (one comes to mind that's on 3rd Street ELA) looks like the attendants also live there. I can't imagine driving up to that? Sorry I prefer these little gas stations that have the Automated Car Washes, that way you can fill up and get a wash, and be on your way. You don't need to purchase the gas to get the huge discount either, it's already reasonable. We'll be back! read more

When buying from this gas station be careful buying food. We stopped here about 930 pm (I remember the time because the male cashier told us they don't sell scratchers at that time of night) on Friday night to get snacks for the hotel room. I didn't eat the Bugels that night but the next day I went to open them I felt the bag and they were all stuck together. I started to try and break them up but looked at the expiration date and the date said Aug 2018! On our way back to the room Saturday I wanted to go back and let the guy know but he wasn't there there were 2 female cashiers and I didn't have the receipt. Just be careful read more

Boo-hiss-hiss to this station! Ok, in fairness, their car wash does a good job of cleaning and not scratching my paint and they normally have an attendant to dry it down afterwards. I needed a bit of fuel and the dust to be knocked off my truck, so I swing into the station for both. This station usually has a higher than market price for gas but that is compensation for the cheap but good car wash. I purchased 9 gallons and am ready to select my car wash at the pump when I receive a message that the carwash had been temporarily disabled. I had no more than turned around to get into my truck (carefully trying to not attract attention to the panhandler at the front of the store) when a white Suburban/Schoolbus enters the wash and the wash starts up. WTF?? My baby is still dirty... sigh read more

I come to this place when i HAVE to get gas by my house (i have yet to get a costco card). I would go to the other places but this place takes credit cards. I came here once in November 2 years ago on thanksgiving. It was kinda late and i went inside to pay for the gas. The guy behind the glass started to ask me what i was doing later, and well, it got weird. And gross. To this day i have never gone inside of the gas station, i just stick to the outside part. They have a great new updated system, no old falling apart stuff. The car wash is cheap, there's not a whole lot to that. Oh, and they play oldies. Nothing like pumping gas and having (insert oldies singer name here) playing in the background. read more

The owner of this gas station took time out of busy day to assist me with an issue (that didn't have to do with his business) He's a very nice person and the kind I want to do business with. I will continue to purchase my gas from this station. Plus he's doing renovations that are going to make the gas station look fabulous. Not happy at all with this place. Purchased gas and a car wash on 8/31/18. I dont mind paying extra for this gas as I own an older muscle car and like their gas. The car wash code was good till 11/29/18 so I planned to go at a later date. Went back there on 9/11/18 to get my car wash. Put in my code and the device said not valid. Went to the office and was told I already used the car wash. I told them no I didn't and they gave me a print out saying it was used on 9/1/18 at 7:40pm. I was actually at the Dodger game then so I knew it wasnt me. I was told to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager Fidel. Went back there next day 9/12/18 and Fidel told me they weren't going to give me the car wash (I paid for) until they reviewed the video from that date, and for me to move my car. I had parked my car at the beginning of the car wash expecting they were going to take care of me. So I told them I will move my car when they give me the car wash I paid for. Now there were 3 or 4 car wash customers in line behind me waiting for a car wash and they were getting mad. The attendant Hugo asked me nicely to move my car and I agreed, just asking him to let me get a card and give it to him so they could call me after seeing the video tape. When I went back inside to give Hugo my card he wasn't there. Then 2 Hawthorne police cars showed up because they reported me as an angry customer they needed help with. Its now 2 days later and no word from the owner. I've been a regular customer there for over 10 years and feel like I'm being treated like a criminal. Not happy at all. read more

This gas station has the cheapest and best car wash around. There is someone who hand dries your car with a couple of towels at the end of the automated car wash. Sometimes he leaves a few streaks, but you can't beat the price of $4.99 for a car wash! Remember that you have to pay inside first, and if you don't buy 8 gallons or more, it's an additional $1 for the car wash. read more

Overall, a good gas station. It is large enough with 12 pumps. Prices seem decent except when compared to nearby Costco, but they do take credit cards. They have a nifty car wash you can add to your fill up for $4.99. A nice touch is that a guy will come out and make sure your car is dry and will Armor All the tires. They also do the Blue Rhino propane tank sales/exchange. The mini mart is ok. Never used the restrooms. For some reason, they think customers want to be blasted out with oldies while at the pump. The music is fine, just turn it down. We're not all deaf yet! read more

Watch out for the attendant at this gas station who goes by the name of Sergio. I was there last week, my wife gave him a $20.00 bill for a 6.99 car wash, he gave my wife $3.01 in change. When she went back to claim the rest, he denied the mistake and started arguing. He finally gave the rest of the money back. What a crook! read more
