Bring all the family vehicles here for tires, brakes, oil change, etc. Not one complaint in over 10 years. The service, pricing, and customer service is always great. We've had European, Japanese, and domestics. They work on all of them, and if there is something specialized (ie specific luxury german car programming or recalls) they just give me the honest advice and advise what to do as opposed to trying to make a quick buck off me. They're a great shop to drop in, get things done on time, and then be on your way. Most importantly for a mechanic they explain things well, no nasty surprises, and the pricing is very fair and transparent. They're always happy to help in a pinch, they give honest good advice, and it's frankly a pleasure to have an honest mechanic. Hard thing to come by! I had an interior detailing done. The car was like new by time they were done. The only thing was that after the carpet dried some salt stains were still there so I had to take it back and they did it again without a complaint. All the salt stains were gone, all the crud from the corner of the cup holders, and even all between the seats and the console, the vents and every other crevice of the car was completely clean. I have makeup on different parts of the interior of the car and it was completely gone. Even the glove compartment and all the other pockets of the car was completely cleaned up. Try your best to avoid this place…read more I was quoted $250, twice, several weeks apart, for a silver package detail plus polish for my 2013 Mustang. I even had texts from the owner confirming it. When I showed up for my appointment, they suddenly told me it would be $300 with no real explanation. That alone should've been a red flag, but I went ahead since I was already there. Two hours later, I get a call saying my car is ready. I show up, and from afar, it looks decently clean, but as soon as I got up close, it looked like they barely touched it. Streaks and smudges all over the entire car, worse on the windows, dirt still in multiple areas that were never even touched, and several more spots completely missed. It looked way more like a rushed basic wash, not a paid detail. It got to a point during my inspection where I grabbed a rag myself and started cleaning the car while an employee followed me around trying to fix things. That's how bad it was. I called the owner, and instead of taking responsibility, he said the car "wasn't finished" and that I shouldn't have been called yet, which just makes things worse. Why call me if the job isn't done? I then had to stand there for another hour while all six employees rushed to redo the work. Even after being told three separate times that it was "done," the results were still mediocre at best. In the end, I was charged nearly $350 plus tax for a job that I could've done better myself, a lot of which I did do myself. The only positive is that the staff were somewhat apologetic and aware of their mistake and tried their best to fix it. In the end the car looked a little better than when I got there but still far from what I would expect from a professional detailing service. Overpriced, disorganized, and poor quality work. I would not trust them with your car. P.S. I am in disbelief that they ever even polished my car, it looked exactly the same as when I hand wash it. However that seemed to be the least of my worries at the time.
